My son has been here for a year. Compared to his last facility, its like Night and Day. Great communication. Any questions or concerns we have are answered immediately. You can tell that the teachers care about the children and they are very invested. Everyone has a good attitude and I've witnessed how patient they are with the children (Especially mine). I didn't notice an issue with high turnover. The staffing was very consistent. They also helped us a TON with potty training. Even when my son had a regression, they helped him get back on track. No complaints about his daily accidents and he wasn't forced to wear a pull-up. The director, Kathy, is there everyday and very involved. She is so sweet and helpful. I appreciate this place so much because our previous experience with childcare was a nightmare. Unfortunately, this location only goes to age 3. I would keep him here until kindergarten if I could. 10/10!

My son has been going here for the past 10 months and I can’t begin to express how much I love this place. He has hit major milestones since being here. The staff is great. They are very communicative and if I have any questions they are answered right away. My son loves going here.

The staff are great! I'm so glad I found them they're awesome with my 3 month old and the other building has my 3 year old daughter. They were super understanding with my daughter I cried.

Nanny's has been a blessing in our lives. They were always available to my family when needed, and treated my two sons, now 7 and 4, like their own. It was great to see a smiling face when I walked in everyday and the teachers always greeted the boys and made them feel welcome.

I went to tour this daycare and wanted to walk out before the tour even began. A lady opened the door and walked away no one greeted us so we stood in the door way for a couple minutes until a lady greeted us to start the tour. I don’t believe they should just open the door to just anyone without seeing why they are there! It was nap time and one of the staff members was vigorously shaking a crib to get the baby to sleep which made me very uncomfortable how hard she was shaking the baby. Also I witnessed another staff member shoving food into a baby’s mouth aggressively. I couldn’t leave this location quick enough

I highly recommend NOT letting your child attend this daycare. Staff is not trained they do not care about hygiene or kids always found on personal phones.

I absolutely love this place. They take amazing care of my son! He has been going here for over a year now and we’ve never experienced any problem. They are affordable and work with us if we ever need help. My son loves his teachers and they really care about him, which makes me feel at ease every day. Good communication between me, the office, and his teachers. All around good experience for us!

I highly recommend NOT letting your child attend this daycare. My 17 month old daughter went there for 2 weeks, and i witnessed a "nanny" change her diaper with no gloves on, did not wash her hands first, and then put A&D ointment on her bottom. 2 days later my daughter had "hand, foot, and mouth disease" on her hands, feet, legs, inside her mouth, and even on her bottom. I kept my daughter home for 3 days, while the rash cleared up, and when i brought her back the nannys gave me a paper saying that the disease was going around, but never actually informed me about it, face to face, which i found very unprofessional. The last straw with me was when i witnessed a nanny picking up a little girl off of a toy by grabbing her right arm, which could have caused an injury. This is no place I would ever feel comfortable again leaving my baby at while I'm working..
