The evening staff is great. Unfortunately, the day crew leaves a lot to be desired. I came in to an empty store and waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. The guy finally shows up nonchalantly and didn't even apologize for his delay. His rudeness continued as he kept being distracted by other coworkers while trying to complete my transaction. I'll just keep coming back in the evening.

Had a woman that worked there come out and plug into my car to get diagnostics off of it And all of a sudden my wallet was missing. I will never go back to that o'reilly's again

I called because I wanted to know if this site had the item I needed. I was greeted with "Hello, can you hold?" Why doesnt this store have the approriate number of staff.
