Purchased a truck from them over a month ago. Truck runs great. 6.0 diesel with 150k. Problem is I put 5k down, have already made a payment, and paying insurance that isn't cheap on big diesel trucks! And the truck is just sitting because the 30 day tags are expired. Not sure if it's their fault or secretary of state. I do know I paid my money and it's not my fault

Honest men running a used car business I had a great experience everything went smoothly and super fast they have a good selection I would return and I would recommend. People need to remember YOU are the one purchasing the vehicle and making the investment on a USED car if you are buying a used car do not expect it to be new because it is used. Do not blame the car dealers for things it is your job to make sure you are buying the car you want it's not rocket science the car is not new so examine the vehicle correctly and choose wisely that's at any dealer or while buying any used vehicle. How do you choose a car and then get mad about the car that YOU CHOSE... 🤔 🙄 people have unrealistic expectations the guys at Paramount Motors are more than fair. Talk to them with respect and choose wisely it's your choice when where and what you are spending your money on. After reading these reviews I realize people need to grow up.

Was looking for a particular make and model of car and found a listing on Carfax for a car on their lot. Called, asked if they had it onsite - they took the time to make sure it was there before I drove out to take a look. Were totally down with me taking the car to a mechanic to get it checked out, and were willing to make some of the repairs that the mechanic reported the car would need before I purchased it. Gave me a fair trade-in offer on my former vehicle. Got my paperwork sent to me on a reasonable timeline. The car I purchased from them has driven hundreds of miles already with no problems. Overall, quite satisfied with my experience of this dealer.

I still paying for a lemon that was sold to me. Oil leak that been happening before purchasing the car. Now I have to replace turbo and all the stuff underneath. If you don't know about vehicles please don't go they are not truthful. Fyi drove the car told Roy issues and I trusted he was being honest. Yet I hope honestly he don't treat his daughter like that.

Bought a 2011 Infiniti G37x with high miles from them to use as a spare 6 months ago. Almost 4,000 miles later the car still runs extremely well. Zero problem whatsoever! I did have to bring the car back three times to have them replace the brakes as promised. I would have gave them 5 stars if they had simply replaced the brakes from the get-go as promised. However, I think they are actually good people trying to make an honest living. I would give them an OK and no more than that.

I purchased a vehicle from the 2 years ago, during the early peak of COVID. As a car novice, there is the slightest need to trust a licensed car dealership slightly. That trust was SORELY misplaced & I would NEVER patronize this dealership again. Upon delivery, 1 of the key fobs was declared missing at closing (not before). Assuring me that they'd get me a new fob within a few days, I took them at their word. They did NOT deliver on that promise. Further, although I did the usual cursory examination on the car, I did not crawl underneath to look for leaks-not that I'd be able to determine what any flaws were that were not obvious anyway. Hence, the basic amount of trust that comes from being a licensed car dealership. My car had catastrophic issues that started about 2-3 weeks afterward. I dumped thousands of dollars into the car to get it roadworthy over time. You assume a risk on a used car, yes. But my mechanic found 'band aid' fixes on several items on this car. My advice? Do not EVER patronize this place! You WILL regret it!

Awful customer service …. I let them know I gave 5000 cash and they offered a broke down Buick.. never offered to finance to get more options.. absolutely didn’t want to sell a vehicle. Rude and wouldn’t go there.

I’ve read most of the bad comments on this page. From a person that bought used cars in the past I’ve learned what to look for and ask questions. I’ve dealt with Roy and he was totally honest with me. And on top of that the vehicle I’m purchasing I test drove. You would of found all your issues during your test drive. I honestly believe every single comment on this page haven’t did a test drive of the vehicle they purchased. And be mindful your purchasing a used car it’s not a brand new car and wether new or used all cars have there issues over time and need repairs. All I have to say is do your research before purchasing
