Samantha Way the branch manager rude has no patience to be helpful to the business customers. She drove me to taking my business some place else. PNC have great funding options for small business but I don’t recommend dealing with her

This PNC Bank is hands down the greatest. I walked in the lady greeted me gave her my ID and she got me scheduled to see a bank associate and both Managers were going to wait on me. I was able to o replace my debit card in less than 3 minutes

Was told to visit the branch by PNC on line services to replace card, although the lady was sitting alone with no other customers in the branch she would not help us without an appointment. She was very rude about it. Drove to the branch in Plymouth and they took care of us. SMH...
