They charged me $200 for a French tip with a basic design yes TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS. Then my nail fell off 3 days later. I went to peony nails in Taylor it’s half the price and they can actually do designs.

I usually get gel/shellac polish. The prices are reasonable, service was good and quality work, but they DO NOT use fresh or sterilized tools. The nails clippers, feet scrubbers and files are used.

The worst experience! Terrible pedicure if that’s what you even want to call it. Did not spend any time cutting or cleaning cuticles. Nail polish was not even and all over the skin on some nail. The guy didn’t care when I expressed my displeasure with his work. Would not recommend this place to anyone:

I have to say today is one of the best pedicure I've gotten from here in a long time and I'm happy to say they update the price board im getting a manicure next let's hope it's as good thank you qd today was great so far 😊 I have to give a shout out I forgot my water cup in there and they brought it out to me so sweet of them and the manicure was great

50 Bucks to do children's nails and feet is crazy 🤪 😳 I walked in with 3 and went back out, went to the dollar store and started buying nail stuff for that price. My toddler don't even have a full nail bed. The hell you mean.

I didn't catch her name but the girl with the short hair is the one who did my nails I'm definitely coming back and seeing her!!!

I have been going here for a while. As any woman, I love trendy nails, so I may get each nail different, but I always ask if they can do prior to the service and if not, I’m accommodating to changing what I want just to have the service. I’m am just tired of the under the breath complaints or complaining in their language about the customers or what I request for the nails IM PAYING FOR. And mind you, I have paid $170 just for nails before because they charge you for every move they make anyway. Then my nail tech had the nerve to try to over drill my nails, keep them uneven and put the minimal amount of acrylic and polish on them to complete the job. Smh, karma always comes back. All because I didn’t like the example of the chrome nail the other lady tried to show me and I called her out about talking trash.
They are disrespectful and rude and hide behind speaking a different language to express what they really want to say and it’s disgusting. I won’t be back and I urge everyone to find another place to go. Stop giving out hard working money to these businesses for them to disrespect us! And for them to be aggressive to the point she could have injured my nail beds. But why? Because I’m young, black, educated, do not stand for disrespect, and won’t allow just anything to be done to my nails? Be weary of where you all spend your dollar!

Horrible experience today!
I waited 1 hr for a pedicure in a spa chair with cold water. I asked to warm the water , they used a bucket to lower the water level and added more warm water to sit there long enough to turn cold again. Followed by the older man who started on another customers feet who had just came in and sat down. I sat for another 5 minutes and decided to walked out. I have no interest in paying for this type of service.There was no accountability or apology. Absolutely no customer service.
I drove straight to GG’s in Southgate where the staff is friendly! I was immediately sat with nice warm water! It feels great right now! I highly recommend the making the change, they are very welcoming and it’s worth it!
My family will make the change because moving forward all my gift cards will be from GGs! ?
