I don't get my nails done regularly, maybe a handful of times a year. But this is my go to place when I do for the last 10 years. Always able to get me in as a walk in, longest I think I've ever waited is 5-10 minutes. There's a couple people I like the way they do my nails better than others, but I'll see whoever & never had a bad experience.

I came in for a regular pedicure and was only in there for 20 minutes. It was the fastest pedicure I've ever had. She was a young girl who did not take her time and was quite rude.

Went in to have tips and acrylic on fingernails and acrylic on toenails, my toe nails were a mess to say the least. My technician Kim did an awesome job on both services, she was attentive and kind. She checked in with me from time to time to make sure I was satisfied with my services. Thank you Kim for being kind and doing a great job. I appreciate great customer service.a

If I could give 0 stars I would give it, they are rude and they want to do what they want on the nails that you are paying for. Apart from that, they criticize you in their language. And they almost force you to tip. Nothing nice, for my part I won't go back to that place. Or recommended. They should be a little kinder because it's supposed to be a service you're paying for, it's not a free service. Don't go

This was my second time coming to this nail salon.Both times I've spent close to a $100 on a pedicure.And shellac. I went last week On june 20th 2024. I am one week out and the polish on my pedicure has already chipped. And my shellac It's about ready to chip on every single finger. I do not like the fact that I spent close to a hundred this last time and a hundred the time before and they ask you for a tip as you're checking out. And they don't have the quality that you're paying for i've had shellac Done multiple times In my life and i've never had it chip after only having them done For a week. When I'm paying a $100 for manicureine.Pedicure I expect my things to last. And I do not like the fact that they push tipping onto you when you're paying for your Service.
Because my honest opinion , they don't deserve to be tipped when the work They do is not worth what your paying. Is both times with my pedicure They did not remove All the callous on my feet. I've had to come home and use my foot scrubber to finish the job that They were supposed to do. I do not recommend this place To anyone. They are overpriced for the lack Of quality that they Give to the customers. This was my second time there. I thought I would give them a second chance after the first time.And I know now that I will never go back. It would not allow me to post pictures.Or I would post pictures of the pedicure.And the manicure that they did.

This is the worst nail salon ever, they are very rude and they try to tell you how you want your nails done. Last week I witnessed them bickering back-and-forth with a customer because she wanted regular nail polish on her toes. They tried to make you pay because it’s more expensive but this is a nail shop and if a customer is requesting nail polish, why is that so difficult? Today I went in, and I also experienced the most disrespect I’ve ever had to go through. After sitting down, I told the man what I wanted Which was glitter nail polish on the tips. He then said yes OK and asked me How did I want it styled. Out of nowhere after speaking to another lady ( Who I think is the manager or owner/ who was extremely rude and belittling) He then switches up and states that they don’t have regular nail polish there And they don’t do that. So I was confused because this is a NAIL shop. What do you mean you don’t have nail polish and I just seen you do someone’s last week. Long story short, flip back to a different story stating that they only do that on toes. Then she says in a belittling way “it’s only five dollars cheaper”. I never asked how much cheaper it would be. That was uncalled for to even say especially to a customer in front of other customers. The lady tells me oh you have to wait for someone else to do your nails now.. 5 to 10 minutes Got my nails started and had to sit and listen to them back-and-forth talking about me and laughing while pointing in my direction.. It took everything for me to keep my composure, especially seeing how combative and argumentative the owner herself was. Do better, I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Absolutely pitiful behavior and customer service..
UPDATE: the pic to the left was before going back in to have them fix, the other pics are after. I can’t even take this seriously. My real nail is literally showing from the side of my pinky. Nail. only 2 days went by and these look horrible. And the owner is very argumentative about my review but didn’t care much the day of while being disrespectful. Try putting the same effort into customer service and actually listening to your customers like you do when you’re checking reviews. Also I noticed, on every bad review they get, they claim that it is a lie or defamation or not factual. But this is very much true. I have nothing to lie about. They are overpriced, Very rude and the work is rushed. Also made sure to take a few pictures for proof. They cake up the gel over your cuticles, lifting after only two days and went in for them to fix and she seemed upset about that. Go to any nail shop but here if you want what you actually requested

If I could give zero stars I would. For the nail tech that decided to shame my three year old grandchild for having an accident in their salon, while she is potty training…you disgust me. Then told my daughter you can’t do a color change you have to do at least a fill, you lied and stole money from her, smh
