Rude people. JC Penney’s had a bigger selection plus you could use your Sephora gift cards there. They will not refund Sephora online orders at Kohls.

The two blonde white females working were absolutely horrible. Despite their very old age they behaved like high school mean girls and obviously did not want to do their job. Oh and im pretty sure they were racists.

I HATE going to this location, the staff is rude especially the older ladies. One of them kept fallowing me around the store thinking I was going to steal probably. I felt super uncomfortable and I probably won’t be there ever again. They also were out of a bunch of stuff. I advise to go to another location even if it’s out of the way.

This Sephora is amazing. How could all these people read it star this is the best Sephora I have ever been to OMGOMG I I love this Sephora. I would recommend I would come here all the time if I could, but I’m just a little kid.

I had the worst experience visiting this Sephora than I have had at any other store in my life. The sales associates were extremely rude, one in particular being an older Caucasian lady who followed me around for my entire shopping experience but provided no help with products. Her negative attitude had racist undertones and she was very abrasive. I bought multiple products from this store despite the unwelcoming attitudes of both workers but I would never ever shop here again. I’d encourage others to not visit this location either based upon the workers poor attitudes and seeming like they didn’t want to be there.

The older lady followed me throughout the entire store watching me, made very uncomfortable. I would literally go from one side of the store to the other and there she was right behind me. my friends spent over a hundred just to be treated badly our entire experience. When i looked at the clothing in kohls i noticed a different employee from sephora follow me by the clothes too.

The workers look miserable.., I’m not sure what’s going on in there’s personal life but if you don’t like your job just simply… look for another? You ask them a question and they look at you like you’re stupid. Extremely rude and simply unpleasant to be around stopped going to this Sephora. Also my hair product were all opened and half empty…

Sephora should go back to JCPenney. Worse customer service ever. Employees looked miserable, wouldn’t help me. At least when they were in JCPenney you got helped. Left without getting the assistance I needed. Maybe Ulta will have better customer service and help me ??♀️

Set up an interview for a job here it was at 1 o’clock. I got there at 12:45 PM and I waited and waited. They told me to go upstairs and sit on a black bench by the shoes which I did and I waited for 35 minutes for nobody to come, and when I asked associate, in fact, the same associate that told me to go upstairs, she said she didn’t know what I was talking about….. Mean girls that’s all there is here is mean girls and I feel bullied. Crying in my car now….

i don’t understand why they never greet me when i walk in but continue to follow me around and watch my every movement. please believe me i am not stealing but i am so uncomfortable just getting followed while i try to shop. maybe you should try restocking your shelves instead of following me?
