Absolutely worst in their rate hikes. Units are run down. Gaps in the doors that allow mice to get in. No one is ever in the office.

Istorage is a very awesome place I have been with them for over four years all my things are still well no leaks everyone is so helpful and so sweet if your looking for extra space this is a very good place...happy costumer?

I like my unit a lot. Ms Sylvia is the nicest manager l ever dealt with. There was also another lady l spoke with but l didn’t get her name, another nice lady. I used to rent a cheaper unit in Allen Park but the manager was as friendly as diarrhea so l moved out. Keep up the good work.

This is a very nice and clean facility, and the property manager is very kind and helpful. The only reason for the 4/5 star is due to the fact that before I even got the chance to pay my second month, I already received a notice that rent was being raised, and I am really hoping this isn’t going to be a constant trend

They were once the lowest price storage i could find… but lesson learned, when you have the cheapest storage in town you don’t expect much… literally 4 month in, rent was raised @$20/month, 4 months after that, rates went up like $12/mo, take my renters policy in because I didn’t know it covered off site storage facilities, and they took the forced insurance off my unit, 2 months later rates increased more than double the insurance rate they took off… so now when I find rodent droppings inside my storage unit they office is closed and no one returns my phone calls, if the mailbox isn’t full… my honest opinion is you get what you pay for, until the rate hikes, then your better off somewhere else.

units aren't properly secured, the management is hard to contact, and when you finally try to get your stuff out it's a hassle to just be done with this place. no.
