This was my first experience with Taylor Chevrolet with getting my car serviced. I purchased my car from here also, earlier in the year and my sales representative Carmen Lowman is absolutely phenomenal!!!!! The service associate was awesome, she was very detailed and upfront. My oil change and maintenance check was good. Definitely appreciate the service and accommodations offered while waiting. The only thing I didn't get, was a new much needed air filter for my vehicle, but overall the service and associates were great. They really listen & care about your concerns regarding your vehicle.

I appreciate Andy he did a great job my wife said he was slow with things but he was moving as fast as the paperwork was coming but he was amazing help me when no other dealer would not my first visit he kept his word that's what made me go back a second time and I plan on getting another vehicle from him soon thank u Chevy of Taylor yall the best.

Was sold a bad truck drove good for two months and after that it was a headache and the dealer couldn’t help me out at all so im stuck
The truck was brought back two weeks after purchase and the dealership said it was ok and nothing to worry about, new or used it wasn’t a good truck but my lesson learned your sayong pre owned wasn’t a good choice i see
Truck was tow in …. I been complaining after purchasing it and its not safe to drive and yes thats why it was towed in because for the past three years i been complaining after purchasing it.

Go elsewhere for service! Trust me!!!! I paid $800 for front brakes, they were damaged! Payed another $800 at an entire new place. And not one person will return my calls.
