I received some of the worse service yesterday at this location. My order was not done right. I had to ask the girl working to remake my Mocha iced coffee double double because she didn't put any cream in it. I ordered an English muffin breakfast sandwich with bacon and all that was on the sandwich was bacon, no egg or cheese. I come to this location often and have never received service like this.

Worst…. Staff sucks Manager was rude. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Prices are getting as bad as star bucks. Pretty soon it will be impossible to get coffee there

While they are nice and the service is fast, nearly every time I get iced coffee here it looks and tastes completely different. I always get iced coffee with one sugar shot and two cream, not complicated, but the four or five times I’ve gone, it looks and tastes different every time. Sometimes it’s cold as it should be. Other times there is hardly any ice and the coffee is still warm. Sometimes it’s sickeningly sweet while other times it is not sweet at all. Sometimes it’s creamy and light brown, other times they do not add enough cream and it’s dark brown. Finally, last time when I got watered down coffee that had NO sweetness and clearly not enough cream, I asked for them to remake it, which they did and it was the correct flavor and sweetness. Another time I got a bacon and egg croissant sandwich that was completely inedible. There were pieces of burnt hard fragments (that’s the only way I can’t describe it) littered throughout the entire sandwich that I couldn’t chew and was forced to throw it out because it was so disgusting. It literally tasted like pieces of aluminum foil. Pieces of those burnt fragments went all over my seat. They also do not seem to give napkins unless asked. They really need consistency in their coffee flavor. I should not get an entirely different coffee depending on who makes it. For that reason, I can’t keep risking wasting my money here and will be trying the Ecorse location, even though they are a straight shot to I-94 where I’m usually headed. It’s just too much of a headache and too unpredictable what I’m going to get here and I’m too busy to have to risk getting back in line.

This is the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. They were busy, so I was expecting for a long wait, which I don’t mind because I also work in fast food. But I got served quickly and my coffee is very very good and my donut was amazing. The lady who took my order was amazingly nice and quick thank you for all your guises hard

I always get a coffee with expresso, cream, and sugar. Hortons always get it right. They always have expresso. Service is always quick.

Nasty coffee and I ordered a coffee, with 2 sugars, 2 oat milk due to a severe allergy that I tried telling them about. However they were clearly not listening. My coffee barely had anything in it (I actually burnt my hand cause it spilled all over me) and whatever was in it, was curdled. ?Disgusting! I'll never go to this location again.

Bad service, the woman they have serving with a trashy character & they don't have their containers for one to be able to take sugar or cream & don't start with the fact that they are working on it to improve quality & customer service because that's not the case.

They gave me molded coffee. Came back a month later to give them another try and after a week got the same thing molded coffee. This made me incredibly sick for two days.

This location has always been subpar, even coming from a former employee. Every issue stems from the owner, so if you’re reading this PLEASE take not only my review, but the dozens of other poor reviews, and listen.This location is extremely fickle, pay no mind to the listed hours because they run on their own schedule. I consistently avoid this location even though I reside very very close to it. I always make sure to call ahead to see if they’re even open since I’ve had one too many instances where I pull up and there’s absolutely nobody to be found.Not to mention this location always has something out of stock. Really, if you want to get Tim Hortons you should just go to the nearby one on Ecorse, they have never failed me (I have worked at both locations, the work environment at this location is very poor compared to the one on Ecorse).As for the employees, I really can’t blame them. Every time I’ve gone to this location they seem very depressed and dissatisfied with their job (again, can’t blame them). Albeit, I haven’t had a bad interaction with any of the employees. In fact, some have gone out of their way to ensure the safety and accuracy of my order considering I have multiple food allergies. I really can’t blame the staff for being upset or “unprofessional” when the issue stems from poor management and a poor business owner.To the owners, YOU are the issue. You need to reevaluate the way you run your business and start taking more responsibility with leading and guiding your store. Invest in more training for both yourself and your management staff. YOU are allowing for the continuous poor quality and you do not care! It’s blasphemous that you allow your business to live as is. It upsets me to see places with great potential die because of the neglect of the owners. This location could be so much better if you actually cared. Your business is a direct reflection of yourself!! Time to wake up.

I live right by this place, so I tend to go to it often my mistake I always get the usual plain beagle toasted with plain cream cheese and bacon on it(pass pregnancy craving), I am aware it's extra but they almost every time forget the bacon. When I go back they always get soo pissed off and are super rude every time I go back. While at the speak ordering I always get interrupted as it's an inconvenience to be ordering

$1.69 +tax for a cup of water. And no that’s not a bottle water. Service was poor at best. Slow machines and the person running the window was not aware of there menu. I will have to double check to see if I was double charged on top of paying almost $2 for tap water. Never again at this Tim Hortons.
