I absolutely love going here to see Helen. She's so amazing at alternative nail styles and design. She's always able to create anything I ask her, down to the exact shape, color, and even hand-drawn designs. It's all exactly what I want or she'll keep working until I like it.
The other girls here are great too but I always wait to see Helen.

Got my nails done for my birthday asked for a French manicure. She only did white tips. When I said that’s not what I asked for she refused to fix than accused me of saying I wanted clear. Ridiculous and clearly doesn’t care about customers. I won’t be back

Would not recommend this place, pay $100+ without tip for a pedicure with gel polish and acrylic extensions on my two big toes which resulted in me getting a fungal infection in all my nails but worst in both my big toe nails and lost both my big toe nails, had to be put on antibiotics to clear the bacteria in my blood stream but still dealing with the infection it’s self a month later and now not having any big toe nails at the start of summer. Thanks Tina’s nails but you will not be receiving anymore of my services or recommending people to you guys. You guys need to work on cleanliness and preventing things like this from happening because there’s zero excuse at all and lucky I don’t come with legal action to get the medical expenses paid for.

I literally love my nails so much. They are so nice and the girl (idk her name sorry ) did sooo good on my pedicure. They also have a good playlist going in the shop lol

the most amazing, clean and fast nail salon i’ve ever been too. i will for sure be there again and i hope everyone has a chance to experience it too. my favorite people there were le and tina they were so nice. love everyone there will be there again.

I’ve never had a lot of problems with Tina’s nails , maybe a few here and there but they are my normal spot . Yesterday they put me with who I would assume is a new girl (never seen her before) & I got a fill and a pedicure. After before there for around 3 and a half hours my nails looked like they were done at a school . I was there for so long that I was just ready to get out of there but when I walked outside I realized how bad they actually looked . They were different lengths and VERY bumpy . I walked back in and decided to ask for them to be fixed . No problem , mistakes happen . The owner continued to argue with me and laugh loudly in my face . She kept calling other staff members over trying
To get them to agree with her until some of the customers spoke up agreeing with me . They ended up redoing them which I appreciated but the way the owner went on and on and talked to me like I was stupid was unprofessional and unnecessary. Wish I had before pics !! (Shoutout to Helen who is the best nail tech there !)

She did a fabulous job! I even pointed out that I felt one of my nails was crooked and she without hesitation went back and fixed it for me! Beyond happy with this place. Definitely planon coming back.
