The store owner is kind of a smart ass. You have to buy the most expensive items in order for them to work correctly and not break. No budget items here. I bought an Ash catcher for 20$ and broke less than a week. I'd rather go to other smoke shops. Where there is a budget quality. If you buy from this shop they will try and make you spend your whole paycheck. If I get a bad batch of cannabis from the dispo I can go back and negotiate. But if I buy bad glass from a smoke shop I'm screwed?

Every time we visit the Taylor trade centre from Ontario we always stop in here. Place is huge with great displays, bright and open aisles. Lots of cool options and great gift items for yourself friend or colleague. I get a certain type of vape here that we cannot get back home for my work bank rep. Parking lot is clean and spacious. Surrounding area has lots of shopping options for people out of town. Expressway 94 to downtown about 20 minutes.

I’ve been doing business with this specific location since they opened and they never disappoint. Customer service is always top notch and their store inventory in my opinion is the best around. I moved out of the area a few years back around 30 min south to Monroe and I still travel to this location because of the quality of service I always get. This location and customer service gets a 10/10, always a pleasure doing business with them!

Went there to buy a vape and the guy did a bait and switch an gave the a broken one said no refund said go to the company the said that it's a fake a bootleg copy so I got screwed out of my hard earned money buyers beware

This place is huge and they have one hell of a selection. The owner takes great pride in his shop and is very talkative. The employees are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and very professional. I legit have never had a bad experience and can easily spend just under an hour shopping around and looking at all the stuff they have on display. Best smoke shop in the area.

Everytime me or a friend comes here the owner acts like he's mad that your coming in his store, god forbid you ask about a product that he doesn't carry. It's like he gets insulted that your asking for something different and has the "we got what we got" attitude. Maybe retire and get yourself someone else to run the store if its that's much of a drag to you to work at your own store.

Me and my husband have been coming here for years, service is always good. They've even helped me pick out birthday/Xmas gifts for thr hubby. Got slid in a snow bank pretty good, and the owner stopped and lent us a shovel, not sure if he recognized us or is just a genuine dude, either way, worth spending your money there
