The people that work in the bank are extremely friendly, friendly and kind. Always willing to help and return calls within a really great amount of time whenever you call and leave a message they call back really quickly.

Schedule an appointment to open account and there is a $15 non refundable fee. Due to the fact I don't live in Taylor there was an additional $5 non refundable fee. Had I'd know this when I called i wouldn't of wasted my time or the banks time.

It’s been 3 year I’ve been with TCCU and I do like them for like the local old fashion route. Mobile deposits are a fight to death to get cleared and the atms don’t take check deposits and cash in the atm is also held till the next business day. When I first started I ran into an issue with the customer service also. Maybe the location will update more to make these new features more useful. Like the new atm and online check deposit. Will update my review as always if things get better.

So I figured I would write a review for Total Community Credit Union because I have seen some poor reviews but I’d like to share my experience being a member here.I have been a member with TCCU since the 90’s. I have nothing but good things to say about this bank. So I have had direct deposit for practically every job I have ever had. TCCU has ALWAYS processed my checks in a flash. So to the poor reviews saying that they don’t process them in a timely manner perhaps the company you’re working for is not doing their payroll on time.In regards to getting a lost card replaced there are several ways the credit union notifies you that there’s a $15 fee for a replacement. They notify you in person when your card is first issued as well as in a typed statement that is either given to you in person or with the card if your original card is issued to you through via mail.Next up I’d like to address the over draft fees. So TCCU does not allow your accounts to overdraft. If you have let’s say $10 in your account and try to make a $15 transaction you will only be able to charge $10 to said card and must preform a separate transaction of $5 (cash or separate card). Now the only time I have been charged a fee is through my car payment which is on auto pay but this was a charge from the bank I got the carLoan from which was labeled $30 NSF. TCCU does not collect this fee my bank I got the loan from does. And that was on me for not having the funds in my account. So no, there are no overdraft fees that TCCU ever collects.The customer service is top tier here they genuinely care. I think some people are irresponsible with their finances and rather than taking accountability for their own decisions they would rather blame this amazing credit union for their own personal mistakes. 27 years I’ve been a member here and I cannot say I have ever had a bad experience. So thank to all who work at TCCU your hard work is appreciated by me and so many more!!! If you’re responsible with your money this is the credit union for you! The staff and their policies will ALWAYS take care of you.

I have been with them for who knows since the 90s and I have not had a problem the only thing I do not like is ATM is down too much a ladies have always been very polite and helpful

3 Stars for me as they have saved me money but it’s super annoying when your always getting calls from the fraud department and they don’t let things go through it’s like you can only spend money where they approve. Also another big problem is you can’t put all your money into this account because the ATM is always out of order so leave some cash under your mattress I sure hope they look at this review and upgrade the ATM and up the amount your able to withdraw at one time because $600 dollar’s is nothing.

I went in to the branch to handle my mother's banking affairs, with a power of attorney in hand, and was misinformed about the document and nothing was resolved. Terrible place to do your banking unless you like being lied to.
