“I usually just go there to fuel up, and the fuel attendant ( sorry forgot his name ) is pretty cool, but yesterday I had to return the rental and pick my truck. The girl that help me was named Sarah, she had one of the most wonderful demeanor that I experienced in a long time. Actually she brightened up my day with upbeat personality.”

“**During Covid** I made appointment online but unfortunately the date that you pick is not really official until you receive a text message and or email from U-Haul confirming the date. I learned that hard way for this location but still after that little hump in the road and having to reschedule I made it there as the new confirmed time and date. After that it was pretty much easy I dropped off my vehicle which they gave me an option to stay inside since there were really no one there or I could come back but I decided to just go for a walk and they said they will call me back once they were done. It took about an hour which they did quote me that and it was all set and done had to come back in to sign some papers. I was all set I'm very pleased with my trailer hitch which I will be using for transporting my bike; they made sure to put protection cover in my car while it was in use by them.”
