I have a phone from AT&T. They use Asurion for insurance. They sent me to this store to get a new battery. The two young men working there were so personable. I loved their whole demeanor. I would definitely recommend this business. It was a very easy process with great employees!!!

They told me my repair was still under warranty, then called back to say it wasn’t because it wasn’t actually a screen issue but a battery issue, and the repair would be $99. When I went to pick it up the guy gave me my total of $158 and change. I told him what I was told, then he said he thought the 158 sounded high. He then gave me a new total of $129. I reiterated what I agreed to over the phone with whomever I spoke with, he said he had no idea what was going on but eventually it ended up being $99 plus tax. They should make notes when they promise customers a discounted rate/agree to something other than what it normally would, that put me in an awkward situation.

Came in on a Friday, and they told me they could diagnose my issue by Monday. Come Monday and they said they couldn’t get to it until Thursday, so I just picked up my computer and got a refund and went elsewhere. Extremely slow service and cannot recommend.

Nick was amazing! I can't do my job without my phone, and he went above and beyond to make sure my phone was done promptly and well before the expected time so I didn't miss a thing!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out in 5 minutes and because my issue was so simple they did not even charge me. Would go here for any hardware repairs.
