Me and my boyfriend went to go pick up some UGG boots. We had waited there for quite some time. The guy could not find it. You got one kid on the other side just playing around flipping this phone around this is horrible customer service and had us go over to the other journeys when they couldn’t go over there and look for us. This is terrible and very sad. Not for sure if I will return to the store.

Bought 2 pairs of Hey Dudes from Molly and she was extremely helpful with my decision process.... Telling me which shoes will expand depending on the material and to go up or down a size or stay with my norm. Highly recommend and will definitely be back to see her.

Zoey was extremely helpful! I was not looking to buy when I went in, amd I made that clear before she helped me, but it didn't matter to her. I wasn't just a commission or number, I felt like family. I wish the shoes fit my feet better, because I might still go back for the service alone!
