By far the best post office, Every Single staff member inside are always Very Helpful & Polite, honestly with how rude some customers are I don’t know how they keep a smile. Very Fast as well. I Love This Place..

Everyday I check the mail box I get 5 different peoples mail I have drove over 3 miles to give the people their mail over half of the time my mail is delivered to the wrong house just like today my mail was in the neighbors mail box this place needs to get their shit together had a package marked delivered so when I pulled up the tracking map it shows it was delivered about a half mile away so the company resent a new package and it shows it was marked delivered and again no package been waiting over two months for this package my guess is someone at the post office is taking the packages home

Asked about "informed delivery",where you can get an e-mail of arriving mail.The post office worker said,"go on line,we can't help with that".
Extremely rude.I had informed delivery once it vanished.
She yelled out NEXT....just did not care.
Lousy customer service.
I still go back for stamps and make them show me every stamp in damn the place...lol

USPS Review
I recently visited my local USPS office and was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Despite the high volume of customers, the two clerks on duty maintained a calm and courteous demeanor throughout.
While the staff was commendable, the overall experience was somewhat hampered by the sheer volume of customers. With only two clerks working, long lines inevitably formed, leading to extended wait times. This situation understandably created some frustration among customers.
Despite this, I want to emphasize the positive contributions of the staff. Their patience and helpfulness were truly appreciated. I hope that in the future, additional staff can be allocated during peak hours to improve the overall customer experience.

I placed my mail on hold TWICE, both in person and online. Despite that, they kept delivering mail to the house. I went to the post office to collect any mail that WAS held, and the woman refused to release my mail to me. She refused to even look. My ID didn’t have this house’s address because I just moved here less than 2 weeks ago. I tried showing her bills and rental documentation on my phone, but she refused to even look at it, claiming she needed a hard copy- hard to provide when SHE HAD MY MAIL IN THE BACK. The woman was rude, constantly interrupting me, refusing to try to listen or understand the situation. I have important bills, documentation, and medicine for my dog that I cannot access because I have no way to prove that the mail is mine- never mind the fact that my name is on my ID and my mail.
ETA: after moving from Taylor I submitted a change of address to forward my mail. Months later, and my mail is still be delivered to the old house in Taylor. I’ve called several times, and USPS has been absolutely no help in getting my mail redirected to the correct location. What am I supposed to do????!!!!!

Very unimpressed with the bad attitude and level of customer service. We specifically worked with Tracey and had a bad experience twice with her. I will be using the post office of other cities when possible and only visit the Taylor location when I specifically have to go there for something due to the poor customer service.

I came in to get passports for my husband and children. Tracey explained each step of the process while completing the process swiftly with attention to detail. She was also personable and kind sharing with me helpful tips for the process. Tracey is the embodiment of the professionalism that I have come to expect from the USPS. Taylor's Post Office customers are fortunate to have her!

Mailed an injection pump to get serviced from my mid 90s New Holland Tractor. Sent it priority mail, put the value on it etc. The package weighed 18lbs. I had it picked up directly by the mailman. Somehow they lost the package in transit. Put the missing package search request. They never found it. The pump is almost impossible to find a replacement, it’s not made anymore. I found a used on in another state for $1,600. So i filed for reimbursement for the lost package but they denied me because I don’t have the original receipt for the pump. I explain it’s part of the tractor so there is no original receipt. I send them prices or replacement costs at several places. But they denied me. Won’t even reimburse me for the postage cost. Even though they are incompetent and lost the package. Will never use them for a valuable package ever again. The Post office of today isn’t like the post office of old.

Rude staff. My last passport experience was great so booked another to complete passport for my children. Staff was short and rude, unprofessional. If we knew all the steps and were able to complete them independently there would be no need for the service you’re providing. Thanks for the help.

5 stars for Robert as he went above and beyond to assist me with a large amount of packages. Helpful and friendly goes a long way nowadays.
3 stars for the short, black haired woman with the air pod in her ear complaining about her job. She really needs to find a different job if that unhappy/unhelpful

Absolutely pathetic. Zero help, bad attitudes, total incompetence. They have no explanation for the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get a package once it enters this abyss. I had a package sit here for 3 days then go all the way to Las Vegas Nevada for no reason before taking 2 weeks to get back to me. My package was there Monday and I've been there every day since just begging them to give it to me. They said they could for whatever ignorant reason and then what do you know, it leaves the facility again. Im so livid it's unbelievable. This place needs to be shut down, these people obviously can't handle their jobs and they're obviously miserable. Calling corporate also seems to be no help. I wish there was a way to contact a postmaster because something needs to be done about this place.
