The service here is so awful. As packed as they seem to be, you have at least 2 or 3 reps assisting one person. I'm sure people could get in and out faster if each Rep is assisting a customer. The wait time is awful & for no reason. No one entered my information when I walked into the store. The young lady that was initially helping me never came back to assist me. I've seen customers get taken care of and I'm still waiting for assistance. Awful service and organization in the store. Now, they say I'm next after seeing 2 customers get taken care of before me. I'd like to say 3 customers. I would've given the store a big fat 0. Go to another store, they really don't seem to value their customers.

Always a good place. Back in the day, I didn't like Verizon... now I love their service, pricing and customer service.

The Taylor Michigan location has Very poor customer service. Worked with Carole Schaefer who was absolutely horrible. She spent a lot of time telling us all the reasons she could not do her job. At one point she stated she is paid to sell phones not to do customer service and maybe if we came in on a different day she would be willing to provide customer service but not that day. I asked her what specials were available for the I Phone 13 Pro and she told me none for current customers - Specials for current customers ended the Friday before Thanksgiving. I left and went on line and found the special for $440.00 off the I Phone 13 pro for current customers. Don't waist your time going to this store the employees are very poorly trained.

Love that I walk in 2 hours before they close and there's one family of 4 ahead of me and the employee tells me to come in in the morning. Homie is so lazy that he can't service more than 1 phone every 30 minutes. These people are worse than Comcast. I'd take a dump in this guys Cheerios if I knew where the box was.
