They need to work on customer service skills. The guy who helped us today "Jeremy" had an attitude. Not going back, i'd rather call 1-800 number and wait than having to drive up there and talk to someone with an attitude for just asking questions regarding our plan.

I pretty much hate Verizon right now and it’s a long story but just about everyone in this store tried to help me and we’re 1000x better than Verizon’s phone customer service so shoutout to the store employees.

I had a huge issue with my replacement phone. I couldn't get it to work. Valeria at the store got it to work when no one else could. I am supremely grateful. Thank you again Valeria !!!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is the absolute WORST! I was lied to by two different employees stating that my device promo would transfer with my phone. Called customer service when it didn't they stated I was misinformed but not to worry they would transfer the promo. Called back today and a different customer service person stated that I was misinformed AGAIN and that the form they submitted would do nothing. DO NOT trust them to tell you the correct information. I will be switching carriers after this absolute mess of a transaction and complete lack of knowledge on their team.

Jeremy is the saving grace of this store. After waiting patiently for about 30 minutes, it took over an hour to trade in my phone that the store was already expecting. Once it was my turn, nearly all of the other employees disappeared all at once. Jeremy had to repeatedly stop assisting me to greet new customers and check them in. The self-check-in was not working. None of the other employees were stopping what they were doing to greet and check-in new customers. They all left Jeremy to do that himself. The issue was not Jeremy. Jeremy was helpful and polite. Perhaps Jeremy should be running this store. If it weren't for him, this would be a zero star review. Jeremy = 10 Stars. This Verizon location = zero stars.

Well we went to Verizon from T-Mobile brought 4 lines or so we thought the past 24 hours have been INSANE 4 lines that didn’t port over we had random numbers on each phone that was 4 hours in the store they told us all give it a few they’ll work that was a negative phones didn’t work all that night so then we had to spend another 3 hours on my on the phone with customer service, who cannot do nothing for us as well woke up this morning. I now have eight lines which was supposed to be 4 and I’m being charged for all of them. I was also promised that being I brought my phones to Verizon I would have a credit of each line I’m being charged overcharged for each line I suggest if you’re porting over from another company do not go to this store. The fact that I have spent probably 12 hours with Verizon and and fixing their mistakes is absolutely insane I’ll be canceling

Rude salesperson. Talked to us like we were ignorant. We ended up leaving and going to another location. Seems like the over 30 customers are treated very differently than the others. Watched a man in maybe his 50's be talked down to because he didn't know protocol on the "signing in " process.Sad to see this as we have been with Verizon for too many years to count.

Was pretty much scammed into getting a $60 screen protector for my new iPhone 13. In what world is a screen protector $60?! You can get two for 20 on Amazon. they didn’t tell me the price before putting it on. In fact the guy I dealt with was pretty much not giving me any verbal additional costs for the screen protector nor phone case. When he got up to go use the restroom I noticed how much the cases were and declined them because again, $15 phone cases on Amazon that are just as good quality as the $60-80 ones. Since the protector was already in the phone I didn’t want to risk them damaging anything but taking it off, but that’s just shifty service. Will get my phones online from now on to avoid these types of interactions.
