If I could give zero stars I would but I took my 2023 Durango Hellcat there to repair a window an a door trim panel only to end up black over spray on my door jam, rocker panel, outer doors and hood. Tone of staff was very unprofessional, inconsiderate and condescending. Mark took no accountability for the constant mishap’s, I even gave them a second chance to rectify the situation and they still failed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!!! You’ve been warned!!

Do not take your car here. They’ll cash the check from your insurance company, then sit on your car for months all while feeding you bs. They’ve had my car from few days before xmas 2022, until today feb 15 2023. I was told in january my car would be done in feb. Its feb, and I had to move my car to another auto shop. It’ll be done in a couple weeks. Don’t let them lie and say everyones backed up. Its not true. They cashed the check dec 22, 2022. Nothing has been done. Its in the same condition it was when it was dropped off after my accident. Tim tried to tell me I couldn’t take it after telling my insurance guy 2 days ago I could. I was on 3 way and heard everything lol…. Nothing but lies and excuses. Oh and don’t hold your breath waiting on a call back. Neither Mark nor Tim are capable of that basic task.

They put in a cracked radiator, left the support mount completely OFF and scratches all the to the metal all over my front end. I sent my car to Taylor chevy and they outsource to here, thanks for nothing my car is currently STILL in another shop being repaired from the damage done by this shop thanks Tim.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO HERE!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car here to get fixed after a car accident and it sat outside for 4 months. They didn't even cover it when it rained so my seat got all moldy and stuff. They quoted me 4 weeks. Everytime I called they said it'll be done in a couple weeks. Then finally they told me we don't know when we can get to it no time frame. We're not giving out time frames to anyone right now because of what's going on right here with you they said. I took my car to a different shop (after they told me everyone is behind) and they are already working on it and said it'll be done in about 2 weeks. Luckily my insurance company worked with me to pull it out of there.

Was really happy that they where able to squeeze me in to switch my hood even tho they were really busy. Oh and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. 2 thumbs up
