The store is very dirty and ran down. The employees also look dirty and ran down. It has a bad smell and there's people out front begging for money.

I understand waiting 5 minutes after I call prior to coming to pick up. The pharm tech told me twice to come back. After making me wait 30 minutes he tells me to wait again five minutes then goes come back around and it’ll be ready? Come on value a customers time. NEVER TO CHOOSE THIS LOCATION THEY WILL WASTE SO MUCH OF YOUR TIME. Unprofessional

Nice people, but the review is for their beverage section.. There might be some unknown circumstances, but the coolers have been down for over 5+ months.. possibly longer.

My husband and I went through the drive-thru today. We were asked who we were picking up for. We clear said one name (my husband) my name is hyphenated just to be clear. My husband was handed MY prescriptions. I didn't NOT give them permission to do that! When I called the pharmacist was RUDE and says because I was in the car they assumed we were picking up everyones? Hmmm why didn't we get 4 scripts then? If my husband was in the car with a co-worker, would it be ok to give my husband the "unasked for" coworkers' meds? I don't think so! I plan to report that my medical rights have been violated to as many places of authority as possible. If a mistake would have been acknowledged it would still be a wrong action but they would not have lost three-lifetime customers. If I could afford legal counsel I would seek it. Peoples rights need to be protected. I am thankful that I am a content creator with an online business. I plan to tell my readers all about the trauma I endured from the staff at Walgreens today.

This store was become the worst pharmacy I have ever used, and we will not be using ever again they violated HIPPA laws, they requested my medication on the 1st and again on the 8th so my insurance said it would be $900.00 for my one medication, because the idiots ordered it twice in one month and then blamed everyone and everything but themselves for the problem. Save yourself a headache go somewhere else. I should have known they were crooks when they changed me for Metformin and hell even Meijer doesn't charge for it. Stay away!

I've only just begun to shop here. I have always used the Garden City wallgreen on Merriman & Ford rd. However this was convenient and I figured why not ? I recently dropped off 2 prescriptions to be filled. I have been using CVS for the last year or so, and it's night & day dealing with wallgreen Vs CVS ..Wallgreen called my father to see how the new medicine was working for him? This was a Nice surprise. Although it would have been nicer to get the call with the information that they gave him about the medicine, as he began taking it. This would have answered a lot of questions for us had we known these things.However we don't have all his medication with wallgreen either so maybe this is why ? Either way I think I will be switching up pharmacies ASAP and this way I know there looking at all of his scripts the interactions ect...

We are so glad we decided to finally switch pharmacies from another local chain. We had issues every time we had to get something filled or just go in and buy supplies at the other location. (CVS) And we never felt safe going in. This Walgreens however, has always been super helpful and always helped when needed and we of course feel safe

Worked at two different locations in Taylor, MI before and enjoyed both of my experiences with my employment. Management is always kind. Some cashiers need to work on their customer service in the way that I don't believe that they are not friendly.

Theresa the pharmacist is perpetually difficult to deal with every single month. Her ineffectuality and rude behavior has driven me away for life. I have never had so many issues obtaining my medication I’ve had for years until I encountered her. It’s roadblocks every single time, she has an obvious bias and it’s very disheartening.

Crazy cashier. When I was checking out tried to card my child. Then went full on Karen. Will not be shopping at any Walgreens again.
