Worst pharmacy. Everyone tells you something different. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. And today the pharmacist tried to act like my doctor. She writes my prescriptions for a reason just do your job and fill them instead of asking me questions that are none of your business

It took all morning to get two prescriptions. They were prepackaged and only needed a label.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this Walgreens pharmacy. My doctor sent my prescription here, but my new insurance isn’t accepted. I’ve been trying to transfer my prescription to CVS, but Walgreens refuses to cooperate. CVS has been calling them for hours to get the necessary information, yet Walgreens deliberately ignores the calls.
When I called myself, they kept me on hold for a long time, and when they finally answered, they hung up on me three times. It felt intentional, and I even heard laughter in the background. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. All I needed was a simple prescription transfer, yet they made it as difficult as possible. I would never trust this pharmacy again!!

I normally don’t have any issues here. But heads up, when speaking to the pharmacy make sure they actually hear you. I repeatedly said I didn’t want one of the prescriptions and they still rang it up and charged me. Then wouldn’t fix it once I realized like 5 minutes after. Now it looks like I paid/filled a prescription I didn’t want. Thanks for nothing, and a little hospitality on your mistake would help. Accountability is key. No idea who that new lady was in the back but customer service goes a long ways. As well as listening comprehension.

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE! I was told the script would be ready at 5:45pm, which was sent over at 3:15pm! I waited in line for 35 minutes, @6:05pm was informed that I had 81 prescriptions ahead of me and it would be over an hour or so😡😡😡😡
My son is in pain from a gout flare and can't get his meds. It's ridiculous, they say they're short staffed- HEY CORPORATE maybe hire some people or LOSE customers!!!😡😡😡😡

Horrible place! I’ll never go here again. My husband went to get my antibiotics and meds sent to them because I have bronchitis and my normal pharmacy is closed. I’ll never use this pharmacy again! The pharmacist was nasty and rude as can be. Couldn’t even tell my husband the prescription was ready!

Longest wait at a pharmacy. They actively ignore the drive thru. It takes hours to get a simple medicine filled.

This used to be my go to pharmacy for me and my family for many years. And unfortunately, the past couple of years they have became the worst to deal with specially, the Walgreens in Taylor on Ecorse Road the rudest people I have ever spoken to they never keep medications in stock, even when it’s a repeat medication, I hate that my insurance limits me to dealing with them.

Pharmacy is slow, incompetent, and the girl there this afternoon greets people with the nastiest attitude before you even speak. I suppose so many customers waiting in line for 45 minutes must be OUR (the customers) fault, not the rude moron behind the counter that can't do her job.

I’ve been going to this Walgreens for years. We love to shop there. Unfortunately due to my insurance I had to switch to another major pharmacy. My daughter still gets her prescriptions there Other than extremely long wait times inside and at drive through, I’ve only encountered one issue. We got new insurance and the cashier kept telling me that I had to pay full price for my prescriptions (several hundreds of dollars!). I asked the woman at the counter if it went through insurance and she said yes that it was denied. She was yelling at me in front of everyone in line. I told her the insurance wouldn’t reject it because we got prescriptions at CVS and it worked just fine. She continued yelling at me and telling me I don’t know anything (yes I do, I’m the Clinic Manager for 3 doctors office where we bill insurance companies all day). I told her to please run it through because I was not paying out of pocket. She finally did and it went through. I was so angry at the way I was treated in front of the whole store! There’s absolutely no way I would let one of my employees be that rude to a patient. I guess the manager must be the same way, because if employees are rude and argumentative with customers, they model how the manager acts.

What a horrible experience. Went ten mins before closing to load to chime and the manger screams on the mic NOOOO!! then proceeded to tell me she made new rules herself that chime won’t be loaded after 9.45 because she won’t do them. Stay away from this location !
