Ok, xfinity employees Silas went over and beyond to help my man with a stupid issue on his phone, he was having such a hard time for three months with the phone number and then having to get another number, it was such a mess!! He was so frustrated and feeling defeated but Silas didn't give up on this issue and was super helpful, it made his day yesterday, thank you sooo much resolving the problem and getting his old phone number from loss number purgatory!!!

Do not call the number. It is not to the store. It is a recording and will not transfer you to a real person, no matter what you say.

customer service very rude dismissing. I hate the fact that they are allowed to corner the market. So no other services are allowed to get into the apartments around downriver areas.

Anthony is lazy and disrespectful waited 1:40 min for him to try to sell me a new phone my phone isn't even a year old yet worst service I've ever had they need to hire people that can do the job

Terrible customer service, very rude.
You walk in there are workers not even doing anything to help customers, they don't even greet you, but there are plenty of workers.
My husband was waiting 15 plus minutes, just to be acknowledged.
They need better service and or workers in general.
