Hitching Post Antiques Mall is a great antique shop and a true gem for treasure hunting. It is winding and packed from floor to ceiling with a vast and unique assortment of beautiful items from every style, era, and genre. The shop is very organized with an abundant amount of antiques, no overcrowding, and many specialty rooms such as a clock room, oil lamp room, and glassware room. It is filled with rare and intriguing bits and pieces that should honestly be in a museum. There is a lot to see, so visitors should take their time. Prices are high on some things and reasonable on others. However, one booth contains a spread of racist propaganda from the 1800s-1900s, including dolls and cards, which has appalled some customers. Many find it a really neat shop with great finds, a place worth the drive where you can find everything and anything, leaving visitors very impressed and eager to return.
