Just rude. The guy who whistles and ignores customers. Then treats them like trash with inappropriate comments. And judging others in line on appearance. I felt held hostage by this man. I will be removing my business account for hunting bank.

i was excited to take my first check from my new job and open a checking account yesterday. At about noon i walked in the doors and was 3rd in line. As i waited to be seen there was a song playing on the radio and one of the employees in the back was whistling to the music. This man was whistling so loud and for so long i had to leave. People had to talk over the whistling and it wasnt just here or there or just a little, it was the entire song, and the next for as long as I was in there about five minutes. Unfortunatly i had to choose another bank, I couldnt imagine walking in to this bank with my check to deposit every week and hearing a man whistle at full volume.

Amazing staff, very professional. 3 stars is for the (probably corporate but not sure) policy of not giving out withdrawal slips ahead of time. This branch has one drive up lane so it takes forever if someone has to request their slip, fill it out, send it in and wait for it to come back. Also they usually have limited staff available so it’s slow to begin with

Tried getting a loan and was told I didn't need paystubs for my part time job by the bank manager. Weeks later, my loan isn't approved yet and I'm getting calls to finish it. I call the bank manager to ask what's up and she says the loan is approved and should be all set in a few days. Several more days later, another loan officer from Huntington says no, that they have been waiting on those paystubs for weeks. Sent then to him and it was approved if they finally submitted missing admin forms. Same bank manager constantly kept "shredding" documents so twice had to come in to resign something. The third time, I was seriously sick of coming in and declined so she drove over 30 minutes to my work to have me sign it. She claimed she had accidentally shredded it again but I knew I hadn't seen this form before. Will absolutely never do any work with them again. My loan was finally done 6 weeks later because of her frightening incompetence.Also had issues with my loan once I had it. When my payment didn't go through, they never alerted me - just sent me late fees a month later. This happened three times. It was the same account number and routing number but some glitch. So ended up paying tons of late fees and only person who actually helped me at this branch was Claudia, which is the reason for one extra star. She was the only person I dealt with from Huntington that I trust. Otherwise, everybody else here was absolutely awful.

the tellers that work here are always so kind and sweet! I've never had an issue with my account that they couldn't help me with and most importantly, they give dog treats! now my husky is excited to go to the bank with me :)

The people wasted our time. Bank is fine the Tecumseh one I would not recommend. No bank needs to set an appointment to create a savings account and treat us like we’re stupid. Will not be going back to that one.

Absolutely terrible branch. They are rude and incompetent. The worst is the branch manager that is absolutely clueless about customer service. Has no idea what she is doing and has no business running anything. This bank will not last with this incompetent leadership

I love the personalized service I receive at the Maumee/Winter St Branch. The staff is really friendly and always helpful to resolve any issues or answer my questions. I appreciate having no fee checking options. I wish there were more no fee atms.
