Leckler’s ended their contract with John Deere, and the Tecumseh Hutson’s (a 40 minute drive) was my next option with higher customer reviews than the Downriver location. I needed parts for my zero turn and experienced excellent customer service. I can’t comment on maintenance wait times, etc., but if you need JD parts, this is the place. I also noticed a large collection of JD gear, if you’re into those things. They are also a Stihl dealer.

I was completely satisfied with the great service I received from the Parts Dept. Staff. They were very friendly and Knowledgable. They were also well stocked and I got both new parts that I needed to repair my John Deere Lawn Tractor. I would highly recommend them!

All things aside I usually want to support local business, cant in good faith suggest this one. If your going to shop any replacement parts for a John Deere Tractor go else where. Their upcharge is double of anywhere else. I could buy 2 of the same size and brand tires at other local shops for less than 1 here (also verified they were in fact same size and brand).Amongst other parts also. The customer service system needs a rehaul between the texting and the timely manner of call backs after you leave a message.

Purchased our tractor here & had service done & the service gal who scheduled us is AMAZING!!!! I did not get her name but we JUST spoke today (April 22 @4:50pm)
She is full of great energy & so sweet.
Everyone on the team here is kind & helpful!!! My sales consultant is consistent & always answers even a year later.
Love this shop! I do live an hour away but it is well worth the drive to work with a quality team.

The service department was an absolute nightmare to work with and tried to charge me $1400 for replacing a starter relay and a few bolts on my skid steer. Absolutely no communication from the technicians about diagnosing or repairs but they were sure to remind me that I owed them money. I will not be going back and I suggest if you are in need of jobsite service you ask for a plan and breakdown of the bill afterwards.

I just bought a 1025r sub compact from them. I texted Dustin after hours (I do apologize) and he got back with me right away for a quote. The next day I went down to tecumseh and it was raining so Dustin had brought my tractor inside so I could play with it. Theyre currently putting turf tires on it and hydraulics for a grapple bucket so when I add a grapple I don't have to bring the tractor back in. Thanks for saving me that time.
I chose John deer for my sub compact because the bottom line, they hold their value better then any.
Cant wait to get my little baby tractor!
