Stopped in and opened an account for my wife and I. Everything was amazing, they took the time to make sure we selected the correct account and made sure we were not hit with fees all over the place. Everyone we worked with was very nice and very helpful!

I had left a bad review a year and a half ago and I’d like to share an update. Since the review, Key Bank has really stepped up. Everything is great and I would love to use them again on my next mortgage purchase. All thanks to Greg Choinski.

I love this bank, Jane has helped me build a wonderful credit history.
When I was young and had no credit and I was turned down for a auto loan from another banker- she was able to help!
Since we’ve bought a house and so much more. I drive from Dundee to Tecumseh just to work with Jane. Highly recommend.

We have been banking with Key Bank in Tecumseh since 2012. The tellers and reps there have always been friendly and helpful. I don't know why anyone would give them a bad review. If your looking for a banking home, there's no reason for you not to put them on your list of options!
