5 stars! Brought in my laptop to get a RAM upgrade and the fan cleaned. Store manager Travis gave excellent service, and he upgraded my laptop the SAME DAY I brought it in. Very fast and efficient, and helpful. If you need your computer worked on, go here. Don't go to Best Buy or Circuit City or wherever. Stay local!
