One of the few remaining independent pharmacies around and they still are providing personal service.

Small local pharmacy right in the heart of Tecumseh. They have an entrance and parking available right off the street on W Chicago Blvd (M50) or behind the store. Everyone is Always friendly and personable, you are not a faceless $ that you are at larger chain pharmacies. Never any waiting on prescriptions. My personal favorite is that I can call and actually SPEAK to a real life pharmacist!!! Not a BOT, or have to request a “call back” if I need help! Very knowledgeable willing to answer any questions. Online prescription refill service, delivery service available and you can also request text messages when prescriptions are ready! You can get vaccinations, without an appointment. They also have a medical supply area in the back of store and otc medical supplies. If you want to support small businesses and reap the benefits of what they have to offer this is the place for you!

Pharmacy is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many I’ve had a lot of problems in my life so I require quite a few meds. They never fail to answer my questions. They’re always there for me. They’re very prompt. They’re very courteous and delivery is the best thing since

I absolutely love this pharmacy. I've been coming here for years. And I feel so thankful to be able to use them over a chain name pharmacy.

I've been going here for over 22 years. Sometimes 3 to 4 times per week. I love supporting local businesses. You'd think in 22 years they would at least know your first name. Didn't get the experience I was looking for. Nothing different than the big chains just longer waits.

Terrible experience. Was prescribed CPAP from UofM sleep clinic. I have a larger nose and sensitive skin. I have tried 3 different masks and have not found one that is comfortable and does not cause a rash. I have reached out to my doctor at UofM and am awaiting further assistance. In the meantime, Jen from Schmidt and Sons continues to call making accusatory statements with no understanding of the situation. Patient care is not one-size fits all, but Jen sure thinks it is. Instead of asking me what is going on, how they can help, she is obsessed with me returning my CPAP. That seems to be the only thing on her mind. Zero patient care. My sleep is still terrible and I am trying to figure out what works. I don’t need someone calling me trying to get the device back as I’m still figuring out how to best utilize it. The cost of the machine is negligible and trying to claw it back from me is ridiculous.
If you’re expecting high level patient care, I suggest you avoid this establishment.
Edit: Just spoke with the sleep clinic. They understand the issues I am having and are continuing to work with me. They have seen similar issues with patients and DME suppliers. Typically, they work with the patients specific needs for the best outcome. Don’t expect this level of care at Schmidt and Sons.
I have also spoken to the manufacturer. The 3g reporting system is not fool proof. Due to my sleeping arrangement, the power cord for my CPAP runs across a main walkway in my home. It is rarely plugged in when not in use, and does not submit data when it’s immediately unplugged after use. I suspect this is what has led to reporting issues. Instead of asking what’s going on and better understanding my situation, Jen continues to push a false narrative based off flaws in the reporting process. I worked in patient care for 10 plus years, if I spoke with the tone Jen does I would have been sent to patient interactions classes.

I'm not against the use of marijuana, but i don't think a known user should be working in a pharmacy!!! Surprise drug tests should be a requirement!!!!
