I had to send my older Z Fold back to T-mobile for an upgrade, and the two guys working were EXCELLENT, friendly and very helpful. They helped me package up my old phone and get it shipped in time... during a snowstorm no less! Very happy with their service, we need more workers like them!

I would leave no stars if possible. I signed up for TMobile home internet and it has been a nightmare! It didn’t work at my home and we had a 15 day free trial with no restocking fee per the online advertising and the store. The manager signed me up one early evening and I returned it the very next afternoon because it didn’t work at my house. I have been billed repeatedly for lots of different amounts. I call everywhere repeatedly and get the run around that the local store can’t take care of it, the Ann Arbor corporate store can’t take care of it and the 1-888 people can’t take care of it. Seems no one can fix the problem so I hope TMobile is just as bad with their collections because I’m not paying it and I’m done wasting my time with a company who doesn’t have good business practices! Don’t get sucked in to them!!!

Ok where to start , July 24th 2023 I went to this store to replace my iPhone 12 I was greeted by a representative named Dakota told him what I was there for and he suggested I switch to the new 5gGo plan I could get an iPhone 14 as part of the promotion as well as adding a line and getting a second one for my daughter under the promotion as well , I asked ( how much will my bill change? I was told it would only go up by 15-20$ sounded good to me let’s do it , about 30 minutes later he said your all set have a nice day” tried to make a phone call it didn’t work on either phone he said sometimes it takes a while “ after roughly two hours of it not working I call the 1800- number and I’m told he set my new iPhone up with my Apple Watch number that’s why it wasn’t working so go in say hey man I think you messed up another guy took over and got my phone working but not my daughters I was told come back tomorrow, so I did day 2 they did get my daughters phone on I’m like ok that was an ordeal but everything is fixed it’s water under the bridge, I wish!! Fast forward 3 weeks August 17th I see my phone bill it’s not 15-20$ more it’s 150$ and I have an extra ghost line on my account so once again I head back in, a representative looks over my account and says I see the problem but I need a supervisor to fix it can I take down your information and they will reach out to you directly tomorrow “ I say sure fast forward to August 21st I call and I’m told I know what you’re talking about they should get around to it soon ,August 29 I’m over it go in to be greeted by the first guy who messed up my account I tell him I want a manager and he is not messing with my account, the manger tells me I have to wait which I agree to do once he gets to me he sets down goes over everything and says I should have everything fixed by tomorrow I’ll text you at 1pm and you’re bill and everything will be fixed to what you where told it would be , next day I don’t get a message until 625 pm that says still working on it should have it fixed soon then radio silence it’s been now 6 days since then nothing is fixed no response nothing, I’ve tried to be understanding but at this point it feels like scam , I’ve been with sprint/T-Mobile for the better part of a decade and this is unacceptable I recommend that you steer clear of this place , I’m now going to spend tomorrow calling corporate to complain,filing a claim with the better business bureau , and looking for a new phone carrier

Came in because I wasn't getting my phone calls , Dakota was very helpful, did a network reset, and explained what to do if it doesn't work :)

We picked up some new phones at T-Mobile today. The service was excellent!! William was super knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and fun to work with. I would have to say it’s probably the best experience we’ve ever had upgrading our phones. The store was neat and clean. And while we didn’t interact with the other staff, they also seemed very knowledgeable and eager to help everyone that walked through the door. If you’re looking to upgrade your phones and/or service plans, head to T-Mobile in Tecumseh, Michigan. You won’t be sorry! Thanks for all your help William!

The staff at this store has been incredibly helpful every time we've reached out. From setting up an internet account, to upgrading phones and changing to a new plan, we've asked them to do it all. William in particular has been incredibly helpful and kind, with the sort of understanding you rarely see in customer service. Highly recommend this store

These guys were very helpful in the purchase of my new phone (23+). I had contact with several associates; Jonathon, &Dakota helped in the phone and setting it up. William helped with my understanding the company and what I can do with my phone! Thank you for the people in this store!!(and yes, William had nice hair!)

Excellent personal customer service with Jonathan! Will only go to this store when I need customer service!! He’s the best customer service rep I’ve ever come in contact with. Listens and does everything he can to solve any issues you present to him! I’d give him 10 stars if I could!
