Was out of town when my engine overheated. Took my car here as it was the nearest mechanic. They took my car in right away and were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed the same day. My cars working great, really appreciate these guys helping me out

We all expect mark up on parts, but when I received my estimate, I was being charged $820 for two parts that the same supplier he uses sold me directly for $226. Same brand and SKU. 400% markup? Absolutely unbelievable, and completely unscrupulous. Companies like this thrived on the ignorance of their cliental, and that may have worked in the 90s, but review your estimates and do a few google searches.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I don’t recommend Stevens at all. It’s a terrible company to do any kind of work on your vehicle or even for you at all I took a whole days work off of work for them to fix my vehicle. I said up appointment two weeks prior They have my vehicle for a full day and I have my number because they don’t work before not the greatest but they have I called them the next day to see the status of my vehicle. He’s like well we didn’t even work on it. I even know it needed work, but they didn’t even call me to tell me the day prior stay away it’s a terrible company to do business with. I do not recommend.

I was happy they were able to get my car in and fixed quickly. However I am disappointed how they handled my car. I’ve been to many different auto shops and have never had anything damaged in my car before. Here someone took my keychain I got from my trip to Canada and ripped it completely. It was hanging where air fresheners do on the mirror and when I got my car back the clip was on but the keychain was ripped off on the floor. I still have no idea why that was even touched. I really don’t appreciate that.

Had to have my TOWmaro towed to a friends house for repairs. They were quick to pick up my car and priced extremely well. I will definitely be using them again!
