It was nice to have a room with a Jacuzzi for the 1 night stay. It's obvious the new owners are putting in some work to rebuild from what it was. Dimable lights are a huge plus. Didn't sleep much as there was a dog barking all night long even over plenty of white noise. I would try it again but well away from others staying with their pups.

It's just ok, they don't provide ice, coffee, snacks, or other beverages. I think I'd rather compare to the cheapest, best option in Adrian next time we need to get a room. It's worth the difference in price. The toilet was running and it was like that the last time we stayed just over a month ago. It's a cheap room but it is old, run down, and provides nothing more than the room. There was less than 5 vehicles in their lot yet they had no double bed rooms available. Funny how we were given the same room again also. I'd say they only deserve $50-$55/ per night. Just my thoughts...I wouldn't run the business as it is being ran by the owner because I'd want the guests to have those immenities. No blow dryer either...but I survived. Lol

Our rooms were clean and comfortable! Tom was super helpful and was very accommodating. The location is close to downtown, as well as other restaurants, bars and grocery. I’d for sure stay here again!

I know this hotel is old. The previous owners did not do anything. The current owner has an improved the Rooms slightly. The Room is clean and no bugs. The room amenities are basically zero. The soap is so small I went out and bought my own soap and shampoo, not even a small box of Kleenex. The hotel has no iron or ironing boards, and the ice machines are broken. There is a lounge it's called the Tiki Bar. It hasn't been open for years. It used to be a really nice place to come have a few drinks with friends and relax. I'm truly sorry to see how bad this has been operated.

The room was clean. They've tried to update and they do look nice. BUT!!!! The bed is hard as all get out and they only give you 2 very flat pillows. This room had no chair except hard metal desk chair. So forced to sit on hard bed. The TV was the smallest TV I've ever seen in a hotel room. They had no vending for a simple drink. Our towels and wash clothes were stained dirty. Overall this place was NOT worth $111.00. They old man that lives here and works in office isn't friendly by any means as well!

First time here post covid and under new owners. New owners have done a great job. Rooms are 100% better than before, clean and comfortable. Showers are next thing need a but of an upgrade.
Came for Nascar weekend and accommodation was great and 20 minutes from MIS. Lots of food options and grocery store across the street.
Staff at desk was fine. Older guy who did his best and provided what was needed. Will be back.

This is a motor lodge. Doesn't offer more than a room. But the room was fine. It was clean, and the linens were fresh. No issue with reservations or checkout. Room was recently remodeled. Staff was friendly. Close to town, and right across street are several restaurant options. I recommend Peppers, and big boy.

Cons: Way too much chemical fragrances! The pillows, towels, blankets and sheets all smell profusely like fabric softener and dryer sheets. We felt like we were getting it all over our skin when laying in bed. Never got used to the scented linens, it was consistently pungent and overwhelming. Glad I only had to survive through it for two nights. Someone with neurological fatigue could never stay here.
Pros: good location, breakfast and market are across the street, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The rooms were enhanced with dimmable lights and noise reducing panels on all the walls which we loved! Overall it’s a nice place to stay that is well kept. They NEED to calm down on all the fragrances. Thank you
Walkability: There is a market across the street and a big boy.

If you are looking for a quick stay and a nice room for a night. This is a cute little Inn. We had a very nice experience with the front staff as we were a spur of the moment stay as we had gotten detoured from what our original plan was. He was very nice and got us a room with very nice double beds. The room was very clean and tidy Beds nicely made, bathroom was clean and you could tell it was cleaned as it had a hit of a "nice clean smell:. There was just a microwave and a little small cube refrigerator. It was a room to stay for the night. No other real amenities. The gentlemen was so nice in telling us where to go for dinner and what they had to offer.
Only thing that I would say is that it would be nice to see it with more lighting at night and to have larger numbers on the doors. The lighting at night for me is a huge thing as now days you have to be care full where ever you are and I just feel good lighting is always a plus. (But this is just a suggestion and observation)
But we did have a nice stay and would go back again for another stay if was in the area.
Thanks to the nice gentleman that served us. He was polite and gave the rules of the Inn very well and respectfully. I am assuming that they have had problems with the rules not being followed as he was very assertive but professional with what was expected. Which Rules are Rules and should be followed at all times for any establishment that has rules in place.

Stayed 10/2023. This hotel supposedly went through a recent remodel. The room was spacious, clean, modern desk, night stands and lighting. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet. Had a mini-fridge and microwave. The bathroom was in DIRE need of updates - dated, dingy, old, tarnished fixtures, bathtub stains, bad lighting, broken toilet seat. Shower did work fine. This place charges a $100/night. WAY, WAY overpriced, maybe $50/night until the bathroom is renovated/updated.Nearby activities: Many restraurants/fast food nearby

Booked 2 nights with friend, we left after one night.A rodent was running above the recessed ceiling in the bathroom. Spiders in tub, under mini refrigerator (which was on the floor), and killed one after seeing it come out from under bed. Bare drywall and 2×6 boards made up the floor molding. One metal chair in the corner to sit on.We could hear the neighboring rooms conversations at night. Our only amenities consisted of:Mini frig, microwave, TV, 2 plastic cups, 2 tiny soaps, 2 each, wash cloth, hand towel, and towel. If you are expecting somewhat similar to Holiday Inn Express accommodations, this is NOT your place!

DONT STAY HERE!!! Read the reviews before staying there! This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The maintenance man/receptionist guy named TOM is the most rude person there!!! If you ask him for anything he complains and is rude about it!! Better bring your own towels and toilet paper cause he tells you they are running low and won’t give you the same number of towels you give him. Don’t throw ANY garbage (not even a piece of paper) into a trash can near the rooms or he throws a fit and cusses about it. I’ve got woken up because he threw around the trash can and was cussing about how full it was. If he see you throwing any garbage he will yell at you and demands you throw it into the dumpster. He stated “if I find the ones throwing garbage in here I’m gonna beat there ass!” The first room me and my family stayed in the ac didn’t work and asking him nicely to changes rooms he stated “he doesn’t have ac in his room either” walked away mumbling negative and inappropriate comments under his breath, hours later he comes back and says he guesses we can move rooms. I’m not the only person he has done this too. I’ve watched him be rude to other guests staying there, cussing at them telling (the other guest) they make him work harder cause he dose everything around here already. Except it obviously shows he don’t. You can’t ever find him you have to call the number on the office door to get ahold of him and half the time he won’t answer. Don’t enter or exit the second drive way cause the guy in the white truck that stays there cusses at you and will tell you it’s private property then blocks it which is a fire hazard but he keeps doing it so you can’t go threw. The workers at this hotel won’t say anything to him about it because there friends. The second room they moved me too has mold in it. Water ran down from the ceiling and the ac leaked water out onto the floor. Also don’t use both plugins in the outlet. I had my hair dryer and straightener plugged in and it blew a fuse. Never again will I stay here nor will I recommend anyone to stay here. They treat guests as a inconvenience and are very disrespectful about it. There are way cheaper and nicer hotels near by. They should shut the hotel down. I have video of the lights not working after I plugged my hairdryer in and I have video of Tom being rude except it won’t let me post them to here. But I will be posting them everywhere else that I can inform people what kind of service you can expect or how you will be treated if you stay here.
