Tire was fixed well.
However, Mike has 0 customer service skills. No phone call that repair was made, no greeting, would not give me cost unless I said cash or credit.
He Took cash, no receipt.
I am new to the area and thought I would give them a try.
Will not return due to my experience with Mike.

A great place for repairs. Went in there with 700 bucks for exhaust. Paid 150 bucks. What a great deal!!!

Service is very quick however ive been going here for a good 10yrs... always have the tire i need just old and horrible quality. Wouldn't be an issue seems how they are used but for the price its not worth it. Couple extra $$$ and you can get a cheap Amazon tire that will last double the time. Greed always kills businesses. Good luck

Two months ago, I brought my 2007 Buick Lucerne CXL in with a detailed list of repairs. I was quoted $2,580.60 for brake kits, a front arm, tire monitor sensors, leak repair, and an oil change. While those items were done, many of my original concerns were ignored or only briefly looked at.
Right after picking it up, my ABS and Traction Control lights came on. Within days the check engine light appeared as well. I had to bring the car back four or five times in just two months for the same problem, and every time I was told it was “fixed” — only for the lights to return.
I also asked them to fix a scraping plastic piece under my front bumper, which they promised to handle but never touched. To make matters worse, the check engine light came back on the same day I noticed the bumper issue was ignored.
The lack of communication and accountability was unacceptable. I was rarely given updates, felt dismissed rather than taken seriously, and was left without reliable transportation while my car sat in their shop.
After repeated failures, poor customer service, and wasted time and money, I have lost all trust in Tecumseh Tire Exchange. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and cannot recommend their services.

The real deal. I’m skeptical of many tire places after having several bad experiences. Ron was amazing. Fast service, transparency, no fluff. So glad to have found our new trustworthy place. Highly recommended for all your vehicle needs.

Had a tire lose its bead from a curb basically a new tire they tried saying I need a new 1 before even trying to fix it then 30 mins later come out and try to sell me a new tire because the inside had alittle wear they would of taken my tire and sold it as a used tire. This place is a scam don't go here had tire fixed for 10$ down the road

The guys at Tecumseh Tire Exchange were AWESOME as usual. I've been using TTE for over a decade and they are AMAZING. Today I had a faulty valve stem and sensor, thanks to having a major tire chain replace my tires- NEVER AGAIN. TTE took less than an hour to diagnose the issue, then replaced my sensor right away. FAST!!! I was amazed. Very good customer service too- the guys are very sweet. Thanks again Tecumseh Tire Exchange, you have my business for life!
