Horrible customer service. I have been banking with TLC for 7 years. I have had my card info stolen and I was just told to contact the business in which my card was used at. They refused to do anything to help or try to get my money back. When you call to talk to them on the phone, they have a nasty attitude from the start. I have always given customer service workers the benefit of the doubt, but that blatant attitude when I am being kind is insulting. Don’t ever bank here.

I've had one nice teller here the rest of them were rude and made me feel like I was just a thorn in their side I was there yesterday and When I pulled up the teller said yeah like what do you want You're wasting my time I have never had that experience at any Bank where they didn't at least sat hi or how can I help you ..not yeah I was cashing a cashier's check and when she sent me back the money she just sent it in the tube without an envelope, that will be my last time going to the Tecumseh branch .. I will continue going to the Adrian Branch I've always found the staff to be very FRIENDLY

After 5 years of 2 personal accounts & 2 years of my business account I sadly will be leaving TLC. Horrible bank to do business with if you own your own shop. They have a program that is available to business owners to not hold any your funds & to deposit them without going into the branch. This would have saved my business a huge headache. Working with Jim & Derrick hasn’t been helpful whatsoever. From these two themselves it’s my job to call in & see what programs are available for my business to help it run more efficiently.I’m just wondering how would I know about any of these programs they offer if I don’t call & ask about something I have zero knowledge that this program exists. When I signed up for my account, this should have been something that was explained to benefit my business, but it was not. This bank is not for the Community, they are more in it for profit than anything. Also left a message with Derek the commercial business manager on Friday and still has not returned my call. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Jim was kind & I understand this isn’t in his hands but at the very least I expected a call back from the manger of this department.

Bank sucks, wont give barley anything for a loan and if theyl try to force everything else onto you to get one. To get loans they try and force you to set up a credit card wich counts as seeking credit on credit score and will hurt you. The card is so low that your debt ratio will be well in the red from 1 small transaction also hurting your credit score. They just want to force intrest rates onto to you in every way possible. Never had a dollar given for having a account while other banks do, just not a "for you" kind of bank. Theres MANY better options. Even amazon and pay pal will give you credit building tools that eclipses the "banks" own tools (x2 or 3 10k$ no interest credits or you can try a few hundred dollars on a tlc card with 25% intrest. Its just a no brainer, use anything but tlc.

My 7 year old child is more competent than the entire bank telling staff combined. They have screwed up my transactions each month for the entire year of 2022.

I had over $2000.00 go into someone else’s account and supposedly TLC can not fix it due to some reasons that I am not getting a clear response about from the accounts manager. None of the staff ( 2 bank managers, and 4 tellers) can understand why especially when they can see my name on the transfer in the wrong account. I have asked for documentation as to why they can not fix it so I can file another claim with the company who did the transfer b/c they denied the first claim I did, and no one is getting back to me. I have also asked if I need to sign and disclosure information to have an attorney speak on my behalf and also have gotten no answer on that. This has been going on since September 2022, and no one outside of the people who don’t understand why it can’t be fixed have tried to help. The higher management is awful. Be wary of this bank b/c if something like this happens to you, you can not count on the TLC to help fix it!

I started a banking account at TLC with the idea that a local bank would be easier to deal with. That is absolutely not the case. Everything is difficult from user name on the website to cashing checks via mobile.

They changed the online banking from account number to user names, so I tried to make a user name on the go but my number on file is a land line. And they send confirmation in text. Thanks a lot tlc.

They changed their online banking website and now I'm suddenly unable to login. Waited all weekend to call TLC and have the issue resolved only to get a busy tone all day. Thanks a lot.
