You'd have a chance to earn more stars if you answered your phone. You are a communication specialist or so You say ...answer your phone. You sell phones but you don't know how to answer one.

Weekends are most convenient for me, so I went at 2pm on Sunday for a new phone. Posted hours say opened until 5pm. Disappointing and annoying :/ It appears hours are a common complaint. Maybe instead of responding to these comments with an apology, simply update the hours posted (online and at the store) or make sure the store is opened accordingly.

I stopped it to buy a phone. They did not have the phone I wanted. No big deal. I ordered the phone I wanted and went back the following Saturday. The hours that on like and posted on the front door NOT correct. The guy didn’t get there to open the store until almost 11am. Then ask “ what do I want”. I interrupted him playing on his game. Not quite the service I expected.

For starters…the hours posted are NOT the hours they work. I went to the store an hour before closing and they were already closed. Went again the next day, at opening time, and they didn’t open for another hour after that. Finally get into the store, only to have them tell me they don’t have my order and they only have 1 phone in stock but can’t sell it to me. Customer service needs serious overhaul. Extremely rude and not the most helpful. Not to mention, when you leave, they will start to look you up on the internet (LinkedIn for me)…for no reason 🤷🏻♂️

Never go to a Russell cellular store they are third party store and they tell you lies and won't even try to help you. We actually went to a Verizon store in Toledo and got excellent service and did not lie to us at all. So from now on it's worth the ride to be treated with respect we will continue to deal straight through a Verizon store and not a Russell Cellular store.

My daughters iPhone crashed today. I walked right in and was helped by Ty immediately. Ty went way above and beyond to help us. I’m very grateful and will make sure to go back to him!

Recently bought a phone here. They had the exact phone I wanted in stock, which is the most positive thing I think I can say. The sales associate Lucas was on his personal cell phone a lot of the time, delaying the transaction and admitted he was just playing a game of iMessage chess. Also left me to help other customers in the middle of the transaction (which I can't necessarily fault him for as he was the only one there, but still a frustrating experience for a customer). The bottom of his shirt was also unbuttoned and I could see his belly button. I would say 3 stars is pretty generous. Don't think I would return.

Once they sell you a product, there's no help on any replacement parts or items you need if you don't buy a very high end phone. You can easily tell they only cater to big $$ spenders. I can't get anyone to answer the phone in the Tecumseh branch..voicemail comes on but says I can't leave a message. Not very convenient for customers who give them business.

The service was excellent. The manager was polite; professional; competent. The service order was on time. I would highly recommend this dealer!
