Very rude and uncaring staff. Refused to let me talk to pharmacist said I'm the pharmacy manager I'm in charge. Refuse to expedite prescription even though it caused 80 year old to wait in the car for over a hour because they couldn't be alone post op due to being on blood thinners. Very bad experience especially for vulnerable seniors.

I selected a Walgreens digital coupon for $12 off a no7 facial cream. The next day I went to the Tecumseh, MI store to purchase the item. The digital coupon didn't come up. The manager came over and asked the cashier where the coupon book was- neither of them knew. The manager said "sorry" and told me I could call 1-800 Walgreens. I was really frustrated and after leaving the store, I sat in my car and ordered the product via their app with pickup at the store and the digital coupon loaded fine. 3 hours later, I received an email saying there was a delay. When I finally got notification that I could go back to the store and pick up the item, it was too late. The next morning, I saw an email which confirmed the item was picked up at 10:09 pm which was not the case. I went to the store the next day, and explained the emails I received to the manager. He said there wasn't an issue, handed me the item and said, "I told you yesterday, I could call 1-800- Walgreens for you." I was stunned and just fed up with the whole experience. I will no longer shop at Walgreens- the customer service is a joke.

Not my usual pharmacy but I did have a very good experience a few months ago when my meds were out of stock at my usual store and I had to transfer it over as a new pt. The staff saw that I was miserable and expedited it along. I do go here occasionally as they have some items that are better than other drug stores. Their refrigerated section has more variety in ice cream, frozen, dairy and varities of beverages. I really like the nice brand of snacks and household products. You can get some great deals here just by shopping sales.
