I have been with nottowa for 20 years. I asked them to make an exception on charging me $100 fee one time for gas I needed today (my normal day for gas delivery, I called around 8 am). I always pay in full without exception and have been a great customer. The lady on the phone was very nice but asked her supervisor and the person above them(she said owner) to waive the fee and they would not-additonal $100 The biggest reason this is a problem is that When I have paid in the past, they show up and fill it on a random day that's convenient to them to work it in a driver's shift but because I needed it on my prescheduled day , I didn't call for gas on Saturday so I hit the cut off and they must charge me an additional $100- my total I paid was $1062. Unfortunately, I have appreciated some people in the office but I will be switching gas companies. Sometimes in business you have to make a exception for a customer that's been a good customer and pays for their gas in full everytime.

Terrible customer service, when I visit the store the office women are always complaining about the person they just hung up with asking for there services. Bought a bag of dog biscuits and had to throw them out cause there were weevles in the bag. Once upon a time this was a great gas company, not anymore. We will be getting service else where.

Called to schedule a fill up on September 14th. I was told they would be able to come out on the delivery which is on Tuesday the 15th.I explained to the lady that my tank was at 20%. After calculating the size of my tank she explained the cost would be $97.86. This is vacation location so I did not get to the home till Friday the 18th late to find out they never filled my tank but charged my credit card.Not being open on the weekends I called first thing Monday morning. I spoke to a lady and explained the situation. She explained that the driver was over booked so he did not get to me. I asked why I wasn’t informed or put on another day and was rudely rushed off the phone with no apology or a time when the tank will be filled.I explained to her that I may have to cancel the order and was told to do what I needed to do.A few minutes later after speaking to another company I called back to cancel my order to be told that it would cost me $7 to cancel my order because they would have to mail a check to me certified. I told them that’s not my fault for not filling my tank or even being called so I was just going to cancel and dispute my credit card because they charged my card and did not do the service charged. I was then transferred to the office manager who explained she dropped the ball and didn’t call me and she would have to ask the owner to waive the $7 fee. I explained to her that it’s free for me to dispute the credit card transaction. She said she will talk to the owner and get back to me. He agreed to waive the fee and send me a check. Still have not received the check. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will pass the word around in our community. Not only did they charge my card and did not deliver but had the nerve to try charging me for a mistake they made.

They have every kind of things to feed the birds to beautiful wind chimes and clothes for pets, toys for cats and dogs. Very cool place to shop.

Pretty sad when a female customer ask for help loading a propane tank in her vehicle, the slob of a staff member refuses to help. The customer service here is seriously lacking. We will gladly take our business elsewhere!

This company is just out for the money, 100 dollars extra to deliver on day supposed to get it and only live 200 yards away. This company don't care about their consumers just out to get there money.

Incredibly rude! We just moved from out of state and we have never had to deal with home propane use before. This was the first company I got in touch with here in Marshall MI so I tried to ask the person who answered a few questions after explaining to her that I had limited knowledge on the subject. She started firing questions at me after SHE interrupted ME and when I attempted to finish my question, SHE told ME to let HER finish her question! That's when I hung up. We are not a family of limited means so we don't have to limit or choices by much. They just lost a potential new client in less than the minutes because customer service is RUDE! Why would I want to start up a professional relationship that way?

Horrible customer service. I have tried to schedule service twice and I have had issues everytime. Never again. When they took mu credit card payment they cannot refund it.. They send a check. Clearly they are not bright enough to run a business.
