HORRIBLE to Sr Citizens!!!
I am appalled! I would give zero if I could. You MUST understand not all Srs Can access and manipulate the internet.. the lady at the desk treated him rudely from start to end.. she was condescending, rude and mumbled under her breath when he asked about how long etc... walk ins are NOT WELCOME Treating SRS and VETS the way is appalling! The lady at your office obviously hates her job.. I will take this further ... HORRIBLE IDEA HORRIBLE

One of the best dmvs I’ve ever been to, everything is scheduled online so you’re not waiting in a building filled with people, they’re extremely kind, I’m sure people can easily pick up on my anxiety and nerves and they’re extremely patient here, I’ve been to many dmvs in my life and this is definitely a new experience for me. Very happy with the service provided, and a big thank you to the kind workers there.

I highly recommend making an appointment. I made an appointment for 11 AM was in and out in five minutes. Jason was fantastic. Very efficient. I had to pay for the tags of five vehicles and it was all done in and out in five minutes. Awesome job thank you.

They say there open till 5:00. I was there in line at 3:50. At 4:00 a person came out and said there not doing anymore. I guess they are like all Michigan bureaucrats they care nothing for the people there suppose to be serving. It’s truly pitiful. The sad part is we can not doing anything about it.

I was waited on by a young lady named Tracy at the temperance office. I have to say in my 50+ years of going to motor vehicle offices, this was the most pleasant experience I ever had. Tracy was wonderful!!!

It only takes one!
Have you ever heard the saying it only takes one bad apple to ruin a bunch. Well, this Secretary of State has one extremely rotten apple.
I recently had a disappointing experience at the Secretary of State branch in Temperance Michigan.
My visit was marred by poor customer service and unprofessional behavior from staff. Despite trying to renew my handicap sticker with the appropriate documentation, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness from an employee named Cassandra.
She not only interrupted me but also raised her voice and insisted I leave the counter, even suggesting I leave the establishment altogether.
This is not the first time I've encountered such behavior from Cassandra. On a previous occasion, she engaged in inappropriate conduct by badmouthing her coworker in front of customers back in January.
It's clear that her behavior is damaging to the reputation of the office and creates an unwelcoming environment for customers.
I was able to speak to the manager on staff and she was amazingly sweet, listening to my concerns and said she would have a conversation with the employee. Unfortunately, I believe that many people in Cassandra‘s life has had conversations with her, which she’s probably equally aggressive and arrogant with them as well. More than a conversation needs to be had. A full training in etiquette and respect to other humans would only brush the surface with this one.
I refuse to think she treated me any differently than her other customers soli, based on the fact of her lack of home training. I would hope it had nothing to do with the fact that I am a woman, young educated, or black. ?
I would appreciate it if the senior management could address this issue promptly.
It's essential for the Secretary of State's office to uphold professionalism and provide quality service to customers.
I hope my feedback prompts a review of staff training and accountability measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
