Kevin went above & beyond with setting us up for getting a new survey for confirmation of property lines, explaining history & finding all records 80+ yrs back . Highly recommend them.

After trying for 4 weeks to get somebody closer to my home to come out and do a boundary survey on my home, called here. I knew I was about 25 minutes away but only 3 miles from Monroe County border. I had no luck elsewhere closer to us so called on a recommendation from a contractor family friend. Spoke with a lovely woman for a while who was very helpful and confirmed that it sounded like I had a great legal description of our property. To determine if they could help, she shared their email and said to await a response soon. I emailed the next week asking if they'd received my information and was told that they'd review my information and if they'd worked anywhere in my area in the past, they'd do it? Okay? After almost 2 weeks, I finally bugged them again and was told that they'd never worked in my area in the past so they couldn't help. Not very responsive at all and very vague guidelines as to where they service. After over 6 weeks of trying to get literally anybody to come out to survey one line on my property, we gave up and just put the fence in ourselves on our guess.

Terrible politics in Monroe County, they move boundary lines. Scott Warnke should have his license revoked. Can't believe he holds the position as the Monroe County Surveyor. If you want your lot lines changed just take him a lump of cash. They blame it on new technology. Property must be floating around on top of the earth.
