If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely horrible service and labor! I have had to return my vehicle 3x now because they kept giving it back to me unfinished, claiming all the work was done. Awful communication and shotty work at best! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!

Took my daughter car here because our insurance company recommended them after a deer hit her (as my daughter says). They are close to us which makes it nice. I give them 5 stars because they were very professional, let us know what was going on with each step. When your insurance company is involved they go back and forth with them when it comes to the estimate. We'll my insurance company found parts cheaper so Gerber Collision had to kinda had to day to the insurance company. So they got the parts in. The hood was not up to Gerber Collision standards so they were basically no this is not good. We wont accept this. So they faught with my insurance company to make sure the parts were up to their standards so I thank Gerber Collision for that. They did a great job and they also got done a day earlier!! Car looks brand new and it's a 2013 Jeep Patroit. Thank you for all the hard work on getting my daughters car fixed so she stop bugging us to use our cars.. lol

My ford escape was rear ended and gerber did our repairs. Our car came back in beautiful condition! Not only was the repair done but the whole inside of my car was cleaned as well- looks brand new. So impressed and thankful for their work!

I had severe hail damage from the 2023 Tornado in Point Place OH. They did an amazing job. I was most impressed with how efficient they were. They had my vehicle fir 3 weeks, and they estimated that exact amount of time. Most of my neighbors and friends took their vehicles to dealerships where they had their vehicles for 6 to 8 weeks or longer, and gave them the run around. I highly recommend this collision center.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! This is an awesome business! I took my '21 Grand Cherokee L to Gerber for front end damage after hitting a small deer. The repairs were done in the time frame they said from the start. The vehicle looked great.A few months later, an error was discovered by my dealership on the work Gerber performed. I called, and they got My Jeep back into their shop the next day. 5 days later they called and said it was done, they even fixed a broken taillight that had nothing to do with them!The people at Gerber were very professional and courteous, even when I wasn't. I will admit, I wasn't very professional, or courteous in our exchange, but they never wavered from their values. I cant thank them enough! Correcting a mistake, and going beyond that to make it right immediately, speaks volumes to their integrity.Thanks again Gerber!Services: Body & Trim

This place is clean and trustworthy. Plain and simple. The pricing is more than fair. I have been to more than one body shop over the years, and this one is by far my favorite. They give your car back clean (many don’t), and it is fixed properly. Not to mention, the staff is great at communicating.Recap: not a rip-off place, friendly, good work, well managed, communicates well. I hope I don’t have to come back for auto repair, but if I do, this is the only place I will go!Services: Painting

If you’re thinking of taking your vehicle here at this time, don’t. I don’t have the time today to write a full review WITH pictures but I will be back to post this weekend and I will be streaming on Facebook and instagram live video of my vehicle as it stands now today after the 4th pick up. Currently waiting for a call back to discuss why they are not matching my original paint, I was told there are 800 variations of my color, but it took 1 call and ordered a touch up pen in my correct color, even the cardboard box it came in with the sample on it matches closer than their “correct color” this is a night time picture but I have pics in the day and different angles oh and the mirror on the driver side is my original, no new paint and it matches the passenger side and front of my vehicleServices: Body & Trim

Gerber Collision & Glass in Temperance. You need to to better. Twice this week your employees have blown past flashing red school bus lights. You are a collision shop. Your business is based on accidents so you know they happen. This is a special needs bus so that our kids do take longer to get seated. But that also put some at a greater risk of not knowing the dangers around them. Do better.

I took my wife's mustang here to have a small repair done on the front bumper. There was some miscommunication on both parts but they were more than willing to correct it. They were polite and patient dealing with me. I am extremely critical about my car and they went above and beyond to make sure this repair was done to perfection. Having some history of body and paint repair unbeknownst to them I did know what to look for and I was impressed with the job they did. I would definitely trust this body shop with my car again.
