Love the staff, but the expansion happening over on Linden Street is a huge eye sore for us living on Linden. Yesterday they had a tree crew remove all the old trees on the property including a very healthy walnut tree that was btw the road and sidewalk. A Village rep named Dan told us that Big C never secured a special permit to remove this amazing tree...and yet they removed it anyways.Big C didnt care about the residents of Three Oaks they would be affecting at their zoning meeting for this property. We understand there is nothing we can do as individuals. But the fact that this successful company, with all their money, are able to do whatever they want, grinds my gears. Linden Street lost most of it's natural charm in a matter of minutes. Big C owner doesn't care about the community he serves.

This place is amazing to deliver at. Very friendly and fast to unload. No appointment time needed. There is limited overnight parking.

I have been using Big C as a go to source for building material for over 20 years. Brenda and the staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. Much better than the big box store alternatives.

Not only did they have what we wanted, unlike Lowe's lately, it was the same price as Lowe's. They were friendly and even loaded it for us

Been trying to purchase cabinets. Mark has canceled twice . I mean it’s only about $ 17,000.00 but horrible service. I have talked to other people in the construction field and they have troubles with him also.Glad to know it’s not personal. At this point he is not even answering his phone. He does not seem to understand that word gets around in a small town. This guy is a joke !!!!

Reasonably priced for a small town place. Interacted with five or six members of the staff and they were all very friendly and helpful. Cut my purchase to size for me.

Love this local store. It's not a big box store but manages to stock just about everything you need from a hardware store. Glad to shop here, the delivery service is excellent and affordable as well.
