Leased a xbox console from them, christmas came couldn't afford it so I gave it back to aarons forgot a disc in the console. They told me over the phone they had my disk I come into the store to retrieve it, they said they didn't have it now I'm out a game. This aarons location steals from its customers.
Don't be fooled by there 5 star reviews there all fake from employees that are forced to give 5 star reviews.

Worst aarons location i have ever been to. The employees talk to you in a way that makes it seem they feel like they are better than you. Very rude. The manager was probably the worst out of all of them. Dont go here, try a different aarons location or avoid aarons all together if you can.

I’ve always had great experience working with Aaron’s! I just called to get a washer and dryer added to my account at Aaron’s as my family just moved and we were in desperate need of a washer and dryer, not only did they break me a super good deal on a really nice set but the lady who helped me name Sarah rushed the order to make sure I got my order same day!!! While having to get the dryer from a different Aaron’s in another town!!! May seem like it’s not a big deal but they were completely full for deliveries but she knew how bad I was in need today and she pushed for me to get the delivery today!! It’s a huge dealFor me and my family! 10/10 would recommend!!! This is by far the best costumer service you can receive!!

Terrible customer service. Bought 2 items from 2 other Arron's and it was a great experience. Three Rivers location was not at all. Never missed a payment before moving. We moved out of the area so the best option was to do over phone payment but apparently the worker had no idea how to do this so unfortunately I had to drive over an hour to make the payment. Not good. Had to be out of town for work with an open ended return date. Apparently paying over the phone with this place wasn't an option so I told them I'd have to wait until I was back in town. Mind you I never missed a payment prior to all of this and successfully paid of early 2 other products from the other locations. This was unacceptable to them so they proceeded to call me and my wife as well as go to family members house because according to them I was trying to steal the product. When I got back in town I went in and paid it off in full and was treated as if I had done something unthinkable. I will never nor will I advise anyone else to do business with this store.
