I've used Advance since they opened their doors here in Three Rivers. They have always honored the warranty on parts and tools. They have always provided free advice on how to work on my vehicles. They even offer free use of some of the tools sold there!

Went in here to ask about a windshield washer fluid elbow bracket and the response the employee gave me was "if we have it it'll he by the windshield wipers." Every other auto part store I went to the employee actually left from behind the counter to assist me in finding what I need but not here.

An employee cracked my windshield while changing my wiper blades. It has been almost a month. I've been calling repeatedly. Now the crack is spreading thru the middle of the glass. Please help me fix my windshield you broke.
