Mitch got all my issues from the Coldwater Michigan Store Resolved. It took me contacting Alliance Mobile corporate for a resolution, but don't blame Mitch because I hadn't spoken directly to him since he recommended, I upgrade my phone to resolve my service issues.
Never had an issue with him, and I appreciate the job he did. Thank You Alliance Corporate and the Three Rivers store but STAY FAR away from the Coldwater store.
I really appreciate it and thank you again.

Mitch is extremly rude and refused to help. Also, the little blonde girl and the old lady running the store have a staring issue. Terrible location.
Update: Called customer service number, had me fixed up in less than 10min.

Gavin, the sales manager is the best!!!!! He gets you the best plan for your needs plus he’s funny as hell. Best sales manager I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Shout out to his sales reps also. They were fun to work with also. Hands down the best! Recommend 💯!

The young men in the store were very helpful. The store is nice and clean. But, since the weed shop moved in next door the smell hits you in the face when you walk in. Some people may not mind it. But I’m sure many of us find the strong odor offensive. I’ve seen scent machines advertised online. Perhaps one could be purchased. Otherwise good store and good service.

Everything was great! Walked right in and the lady stayed to help us after hours. Tried to leave her a 5 star for the AT&T survey, but never got the survey to fill out. :(
