“I highly recommend Chuck’s Auto Body in Three Rivers Michigan. After damaging the front passenger door of my car to where I couldn’t open or close it properly, I found myself in a HUGE PREDICAMENT. I was planning to drive back to Florida in the next few days. I needed to have it at least fixed to where I could operate the door. After reading several GREAT reviews about Chuck’s I stopped by their shop without an appointment and explained my situation. Without hesitation the office personnel brought a technician to my car and he was able to make the door open and close by using his special tools.
They said “NO CHARGE”. I was shocked.

“Took longer than was necessary because I didn't have a part number for the sparkplug I need for the lawn mower. The guy at the counter should have been really irritated with me, but he wasn't and found the right plug. I bought 2.”
“It was average experience I would say. Took a lot longer because of the late in the week inquiry for the radiator I was needing, I do understand it all takes time and manpower to make things happen especially with this kinda business. But for the most part it has been a good experience for me. I will definetly be coming back to this business whenever I need auto parts that can be recycled from past damaged/used vehicles. Customer service was great up until the communication misunderstanding about picking my part up. Either way I’ll be back, and because of them I can still continue to get back and forth to do what I need to be doing at any given time or day. Thank you for being in business and available to the public.”
