With all due respect. It's not what it used to be. It is just a basic e file compared to in person and step by step consultation. They used to give their pricing before forcing it on their members. And no discounts and not affordable as they used to be. By law, they are supposed to give you their rates before telling you you have to pay them the amount of money there's no free consultation anymore with this company.Way better when Bill Weber ran it business wise .Bill cares about his customers and members and takes care of the business way better than these lassies.They made us go to the post office to file instead of them doing it for us. They used to do it all for you.Very not satisfied.. With the outcomes of everything . They use E file just like turbo taxes. They don't wanna take the time for consultation and charge you anyways whith asking and / or telling you what their going rate is.Be aware and ask for free consultation. ask them first, and if they don't do it and won't be able to do it, then go somewhere else. Trust me on this.Waste of time and energy going here.They charged another member $60.00 for senior citizen with 0 tax return witch H&R does for free. That's wrong and misleading business practices.They used to take out the cost out the taxes you were getting back. Instead of paying right there on the spot, it used to be more convenient. They used to do business consulting and no longer do . They have gotten lazier instead of face to face and personable.I don't want to be affiliated with this outfit anyway that houses in criminals like harvey Newberry and meth heads any way . Proof is in the pudding. You don't like what I have to say . Well, it's the truth and freedom of speech.H&R BLOCK in this county does a way better job of taking care of its people.Take care of your members or don't do it at all.This owner Ian still owes his step dad $90,000 for this business. Lazy and misguided owner. Never again. And this owner yelled at us on the phone. Ridiculous.This place needs prayers and better business practices.

I'm writing this review because this is no longer a Christian base business. Bill Webber is no longer there. And Ian maurer is running it now to the standard we expect from this business. Doesn't even tell people what his charger up front,& don't care. I'm not longer back this business . Certainly not the business Bill built up. Just a step- child being in for the money. Just think his real father!!!¡!!!! I won't even give a rating it's in the minus category. NOT TO THE STANDARD WE EXPECT,,!!!!!! Even charger the elderly,&, disabled.!!!!

I do not recommend coming here to do your taxes. My family on top of friends have come here for years to have them done. 10 years of loyalty wasted for errors of not only one but two accountants. My mother’s taxes was checked over by 2 accountants that did their jobs wrong which now causes over 2,000 dollars having to be paid back IRS with their sorry promises of paying just the average 100 dollars of fees and a coupon for a free year of service. What a wonderful company you are to your loyal customers.

My family has been going to B & K Accounting for many, many years. I followed suit when I began to file my own taxes. Over the years, Bill has taken such good care of myself and my family. I'm normally there for about an hour or so to get my taxes done. Scheduling an appointment is very easy. Someone actually answers the phone when you call! The team is extremely diligent at their job. They explore all possibilities to ensure you're getting the best result. YOU, the customer, are their first priority. They can handle "messier" tax situations as well. I believe their pricing is fantastic. H&R Block will end up costing you hundreds of dollars - trust me, my friends have told me! I have never experienced paying an obscene amount of money with B & K. During my time in college, Bill actually give me discounts because of how little money I made. These are good people. Bill will be retiring at some point in the future. Don't fret, his son Ian will be taking over the business. I look forward to the future with B & K. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great people. Prices were surprisingly affordable for what they offer and did. Will keep coming back every year. Give them a call and let them get you squared away. They explain it easily and are thorough. Will answer all your questions without making you look or feel like an idiot.
