I was on the road and therefore stopped at the closest location which was Three Rivers.
The tellers were great, but I knew that I needed to speak with a manager. Dianne Green looked into my situation, presented the options and gave me the information needed to make an informed decision. She also worked behind to scenes to help me straighten the issue and keep from incurring additional overdrafts.
Dianne helped keep a bad situation from getting worse even though the problem was NOT Kelloggs fault but my own error.”
