Walked in to get my pedicure half way thru my feet are in hot wax she quit working on me an went to another person this was very rude.i will never go back there or recommend anybody to go there

I used the restroom here while my wife and future in-laws got their nails done. Everything was clean and in good working order. The soap was lathery and the water pressure was ample. The lock on the door made me feel safe and was easily operated. Overall, it was pleasant and I even lost some weight from the experience. Would recommend.

I stopped in for the first time today for an mani/pedi and I will be back. The environment is very clean and relaxing. Tony did a very detailed and beautiful job on my nails! Thank you crystal nails.

Got my nails done here 3 days ago and I’m at another nail shop currently getting them soaked off and redone!!! 60$ wasted. Man seemed kind, woman didn’t. Was told different price on the phone.

Okay so I show up in my scrubs,... I went to get my nails and my feet done today, so I was told to go to Kalamazoo, which is 35 miles from here...(racist remark), if I could leave them no stars I would, no one was in there at 12:20 pm and they close at 6:30 pm....

A set of nails cost me 65 dollars for basic colors. They cut up my cuticle beds and would not listen to how i wanted my nails.

Just left the salon after my very first pedicure. An awesome experience! They even fit me in to do a manicure. Highly recommend this location!

Got pedicures done on me an one other person. Both have sore toes from getting our feet done. Half my little toes aren't painted all the way. The lady was distracted looking everywhere but her job at hand. She was extremely rough. Should have known it was a bad idea when I walked into a nail spa that was empty on a early Saturday afternoon. Not recommended place to get a pedi done.Service: Pedicure
