Last week, I went to GW in Ohio and West Virginia....poor representatives of GW. One store didn't even give you bags...you had to buy them. Odd layouts for goods, but prices were cheaper then Three Rivers.

Great staff and very helpful. Bought a beautiful 12 piece Noritake table setting. All the pieces were there, which is unusual. Worth checking regularly for quality items.

Management of the store (Three Rivers) are rude and arrogant. They make you feel like your beneath them. This is why I will only donate to free stores and churches that help those that are in need and appreciative.

Stopped to grab some Halloween costume on the way back from Grand Rapids. This goodwill is known for new and perfect condition items. The staff are respectful and eager to help. Items are very organized and they keep a clean restroom. Check it out the next time you are in Three Rivers, Michigan.

Most items are run down, there’s not a lot selection for clothes or furniture. Small space. On top of that they no longer do 50% off days. Will not be returning. I wish the Michiana area goodwill management would take this store over.

this is by far the cleanest, most organized, well stocked goodwill I have been in in a long time!! great job to the staff who clearly care about their store, are helpful to the customers and were very friendly!! thank you for great customer service!

Candy, Candice, Angie,Judy are all great there as are Jim and his crew. Actually every staff member is fantastic I just don’t know everyone name. So helpful. Always greet customers who enter. Glad to assist with carry out when requested. Love the book selections

This goodwill was very clean and very organized. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Candye R was the employee who was running the register when I checked out she was so sweet, so knowledgeable, so friendly, and very. professional. All around the staff here was the best I've ever experienced at Goodwill.

Extremely racism from manager and customers save yourself. I was incredibly disappointed at such poor behavior, the lack of humanity. Chelcee and Candy are condescending to all whom encounter the. I wish this could be reported higher which it need to be. The disrespect toward customers and employees is beyond my understanding. Be careful POC seriously.

Shout out to two amazing team members - Candyce and Siobhan! Give these ladies a raise good bosses! Got a hot tip on the BEST cat hoodie at check out… went to find it and came back with four more shirts. Super friendly. Great options and good prices :) some really neat homemade clothing items too. Highly recommend!
