I’ve been using this shop for almost 30 yrs…I get it being busy, and a change in ppl (Nikkita retired), but I’ve never left there being that pissed off. We just wanted a simple leveling kit installed, but was told they didn’t do that, and proceeded to lecture us on what we didn’t know. Just say “hey, we’re swamped come back another day”, we would have just left the truck there or come back another day…fyi I have never left a review like this but that’s how pissed I am….shop will never be the same without Nikkita

I highly recommend this place, Tony is very honest, and explained everything to me in great detail. They are very reliable, fast and real. I’ve never had to wait for then 2 -3 days to get my car diagnosed and fixed!

Great place for vehicle service! Was having issues with my 2018 Dodge Journey after having the battery replaced at another garage and the advice the young man behind the counter gave me fixed all of the issues.
This will now be my go to place for any work I need done from now on.
Thank you so much for easing my stress.

Took my 2016 jeep Cherokee to a few different places in Goshen Indiana to get a part of my exhaust fixed. Was told anywhere between $2,000-$2900 to fix it. Was recommended to guaranteed muffler in three rivers mi. Not only did I have to not wait months to get fixed. Was showed my exhaust was broke in a whole different place and was shown personal where. Didn't even cost 200.00 to fix and was fixed same day in 20-30 mins. All employees where so respectful and so helpful. Highly recommend. They are about their people not money. Will never go anywhere else for my cars.

Stopped in on the fly with a gas leak in my classic Camry..they fixed me up quick and efficiently.. cost was awesome and crew was professional and courteous. Thanks you guys!!

This place is so awesome. Have been going there quite awhile. They get your car in, get it taken care of, and their prices are better than any where I have taken my car! I highly recommend them.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable. We had a last minute problem with my husbands car and they were able to help us in a timely manner and even took the time to show my husband what was wrong. We will be return customers!

Changing my 5 star review to 1. Used to be the best. Owner retired. Son has traded quality for quantity. Things might get done faster than before, it just might not be what the issue was. Their name might say guarantee but they apparently have forgotten what that means. I used to tow my car from nearly 2 hours away to get work done here alone. Little did I know how much they disrespect and disregard years of loyal patronage.

These guys are awesome, very kind & genuine people, not trying to rip anyone off. I went to a few other shops in the area trying to find someone to to do a code scan on my car & was told it would be an hour of labour. These guys here at Guaranteed Muffler, not only cleared and checked the codes for me but also checked the oil & stuff for free as well. Very kind hearted people. They are like a family here & treat everyone who walks in that door the same.
